Preface
The 6th International Conference on Signal and Information Processing, Networkand Computers (ICSINC 2019 Spring) provided a forum for researchers, engineers,and industry experts to discuss recent development, new ideas, and breakthrough insignal and information processing schemes, computer theory, space technologies,big data, and so on.
We were honored to have the keynote speakers invited to present their out-standing achievements and understanding on the following topics: SpaceTechnology, Smart Spectrum Database for 5G and Beyond, and The FutureWireless Communication and Networking.
ICSINC 2019 Spring received 232 papers submitted by authors, 112 papers wereaccepted, and finally, 109 papers were included in the final conference proceedings.The accepted papers were presented and discussed in three workshops.
