WELFARE SERVICES
From the inception of social welfare in Trinidad, the aim has alwaysbeen to address the social ills persons within the countryexperience. Such services were categorized based on the needsof various populations. Eg.
Social workers helped: Children and youth
The elderly People with disabilities Prisoners
Gang members Pregnant teens, etc.
For every population discussed on the remaining slides identify atleast two local agencies within T&T that provides neededservices to them.
