LEASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement of lease has been executed on this 5th day of February 2010, between the
following: -
Mr. GOPAL KRISHNA NYATI son of LATE Shri JAGANNATH JI NYATI, Resident of
38-A, Pocket 6, MIG Flats, Mayur Vihar Ph-III, Delhi-96 hereinafter called the LESSOR.
AND
Mr. JAYESH JOSHI, SECRETARY VAAGDHARA-NGO son of LATE SHRI
GHANSHYAM JOSHI , currently resident of 3/153, Khandu Colony, Banswara,
Rajasthan INDIA, PIN 327001 hereinafter called the LESSEE.
The expression and term lessor & lessee wherever they appear in this agreement shall mean &include respectively successors, beneficiaries and legal heirs as the case may be.
WHEREAS LESSOR is the sole and absolute owner under law of the residential premises at1-KH-16, Rajasthan Housing Board, Pratap Nagar, Chittorgarh, consisting of residential portion
& 4 commercial shops.
WHEREAS LESSOR is desirous of letting out residential portion and the LESSEE is desirous of
taking on lease residential portion consist of 2 rooms, 1 Kitchen, Dining space & toilet for NGO
office on the terms and conditions contained hereunder: -

11. WHEREAS the LESSEE has paid to the LESSOR, Security Deposit for the observance
of the covenants contained herein possession of the premises, subject to such deductions
as the LESSOR shall be entitled as against the LESSEE for non-payment of water andelectricity bills and for any damage caused to the demised premises.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE PARTIES HAVE SIGNED THIS DEED ON THE
DAY, MONTH AND YEAD FIRST WRITTEN ABOVE.
