Speaker: Philip Santo Learning Objectives: Based on RICS Journals’ Case Notes series this presentation expands the overall theme with in-depth analysis of complaints against surveyors in readily recognisable situations.

• Increase awareness of the reasons for complaints against surveyors and valuers

• Recognise the importance of analytical inspection processes

• Consider the most appropriate ways to report inspection findings

• Identify any challenges to personal inspection and reporting procedures in the light of real life case studies
