Peer Mentors The Leadership Education and Advising Program (L.E.A.P.) is a mentoring program that strives to enrich the first year experience for incoming students and to help connect them to other great student leaders. Our goal is for first year students to learn great leadership skills, gain valuable friendships, and discover what it means to be a Charger!!
