Lean Six Sigma Certificate & Customized Training in Lean Manufacturing
At BGSU Firelands, we integrate the Lean and Six Sigma training to accelerate improvements in your business processes and quality. Lean Six Sigma training can be customized for your company. Any course we offer can be developed into an education program tailored to meet your needs.
Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that increases a company’s value by improving customer satisfaction, cost, quality, process speed and invested capital.
Combine Lean and Six Sigma concepts to yield measurable savings in your manufacturing and transactional/service processes. This is an ideal approach to integrate with continuous improvement requirements to:
◆ Improve customer satisfaction ◆ Reduce lead time ◆ Increase throughput ◆ Improve labor productivity ◆ Improve material productivity ◆ Reduce floor space ◆ Improve on-time delivery ◆ Reduce scrap and rework ◆ Improve overall equipment effectiveness
Lean Six Sigma methodology integrates Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) training for process improvement with lean enterprise training for value stream management.
Choose from Manufacturing Focus or Transactional/Service Focus
Manufacturing focused seminars are aimed at manufacturing supervisors, production workers, maintenance workers, and process, design and production engineers.
Transactional/Service focused seminars are aimed at business, retail, health care, governmental and food service industry supervisors and office managers.
