This is another way of saying: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) The difference here though is that when the SOP is

made a time is recorded for every stage of the task. Once Standardized Work is created for ALL aspects of

the company then real improvement can begin as only when you have a starting point can you move from it.

And only when you have measurements can you compare future improvements
