Leading Transformation in Learning and Teaching (LTLT)
A transformative modular programme for
leaders of learning, teaching and the student academic experience
who wish to enhance the skills, approaches and insights needed to lead through the processes
of transformation and innovation.

Applications for the next LTLT cohort, starting in November 2015, are open now.
How it worksLTLT has been developed in collaboration with the Leadership Foundation (LFHE) and enables participants to enhance the skills, approaches and insights needed to lead course and programme teams through processes of transformation and innovation.
LTLT6 cohort details:• Module one: Getting started, 11 & 12 November 2015• Module two: Getting going, 10 December 2015• Module three: Going forward, 28 January 2016
Delegates can choose to take the full programme, module one only or modules one and two combined.
Programme contentParticipants will have the opportunity to:• examine new approaches to leadership and change;• explore innovative pedagogies and approaches to
quality enhancement;• share best practice and collaborate with HE
colleagues from across the sector;• engage with a live case study;• apply their learning using a specially designed toolkit;• gain mutual support through working in action
learning sets.
