Can you get them to consistently produce results? Get them to remember the important things? Elegantly diffuse a tricky situation? Most people know more about how their computer works than their brain. Experiential learning, trial and error and modeling are hugely valuable. What adds the layer of sophistication to what you are able to do is to understand what is actually going on. Time is saved, results are better and everyone enjoys the process more.

What is NeuroCoaching? Technically NeuroCoaching is self-directed neuroplasticity (SDN)…but most people are none-the-wiser with that explanation! Part of the NeuroLeadership program involves one to one Coaching. This ensures that everyone gets the most they can possibly get from the program. Basically:

o The brain changes, SDN gives you the opportunity to effect HOW yours changes and subsequently the results you get.

o It enables program participants to get far more than normal out of live trainings.

o Results in more competent, accomplished individuals.

Your NeuroLeadership training program is designed so that you get the most from your investment of time, energy and resources. We want you to be an example of what neuroleadership really does to your potential and the results this delivers for your organization.

Therefore, in all our training design we keep your results at the heart of our organization. Each person who enrolls in the program is assigned their own NeuroCoach who will work with them throughout the process.

You will have an introductory session with your Coach before the training to ensure that you are prepared for it and that you will get the most out of it. You will also be invited to watch several short explanatory videos, at your leisure, to further prepare you for the program.

The training itself is carried out over 3 days. Two days are held consecutively at the start of the program and the final day follows 5 weeks later. In the time between each participant experiences 4 individual Coaching sessions with their Coach. Following the final training day there is a final Coaching session.
