• Fortune 50 company acquires a global company with facilities across 26 countries and 4 continents. More than 7000 employees.

• During the IT Infrastructure integration, the parent company decided to outsource all IT Infrastructure support to a 3rd party provider. 85 IT employees and contractors impacted.
