The Customer

The Need

The Solution

The customer is a leading provider of Hospitality Management solutions with a huge customer base of 3000+ hotels in Asia. It develops products for hotels to manage online distribution and revenue maximization.

The customer wanted to identify bottle necks at each layer and perform endurance tests to identify how the system behaves with a continuous load for definite durations, so that the product could be enhanced for better scalability with proper capacity planning. The customer needed a partner with experience and expertise in providing testing services to increase scalability of their product.

Aspire provided performance testing services to the customer. A team of 3 testers were dedicated for the customer and the service was delivered on an onsite - offshore model. The dedicated QA team tested the performance levels of the product on release basis and helped the customer take it to the market quickly with high quality standards.

Training was initiated mainly through webinars by our customer along with the related documents. Based on the training and the documents, Aspire QA Team prepared a KAD (Knowledge Acquisition Document) to ensure transparency and clear understanding.

Aspire initially did a Proof of Concept (PoC) on the performance test scenarios provided by the customer during the proposal stage owing to the following goals:
