Holemaking

TaeguTec, one of the leaders in holemaking products, has launched

highly engineered drilling solutions. The remarkable performance behind

the indexable TopDrill and head changeable DrillRush, enables custom-

ers to enhance their productivity as well as profitability.

Milling

The milling range is part of the standard milling line that has been

developed to increase productivity and reduce cost while meeting the

industries’ diverse application demands. Moreover, the R&D engineers

at TaeguTec conduct ongoing research and development programs in

order to enhance the capacity of the milling line and optimize productivity

levels while reducing cycle times.

Parting & Grooving

The revolutionary TaeguTec clamp line is a multifunctional system that

permits a host of operations such as parting, external turning and groov-

ing, precision grooving and recessing, face grooving and face turning,

undercutting and slitting.

Solid End Mills

To effectively improve precision machining and product quality,

TaeguTec has developed a series of solid carbide tools. This series is de-

signed to accommodate the various materials and application demands

of the modern machine shop.

Tooling System

The tooling program developed by TaeguTec offers versatile chucking

systems that are available to mount tooling on all types of machines.

Systems currently available include BT MAS, ISO, NT, DIN 69871 and

HSK shanks that cater to specific market needs.

Turning

The TaeguTec Turning line is a series that combines an ingenious grade

and unique geometry to provide excellent machining performance. In

addition, a series of general ISO turning inserts are available with chip

breakers, holders and clamping systems. TaeguTec now offers a series

of classified turning grades with inserts that include coated,

uncoated, cermet, ceramic, PCD and CBN grades to meet all

application purposes.

Threading

Along with other market leading products, TaeguTec is also equipped

with an ISO threading range and tailor made solutions for stationary

applications and standard thread milling. These products guarantee high

profile accuracy, clear and easy identification, excellent chip control, and

most importantly, cost and productivity benefits.

With its proven first class technology, TaeguTec executes extrusion,

pressing and sintering for consistently superior quality which is widely

appreciated by the rotating tool makers.

Die & Anvils

When it comes to providing innovative ultra high pressure die/anvil

products that meet the highest quality requirements, TaeguTec

engineers have the technical acumen based on two decades of die/anvil

production. Whether it is the industrial diamond or oil and gas industries,

TaeguTec’s die/anvil product line provides you with the optimal solution.

Carbide Wear-Parts

With its vast experience in the tungsten industry, TaeguTec supplies

the best quality tungsten carbide wear parts which can be used in the

areas requiring resistance to all kinds of wear such as abrasion, erosion,

corrosion and in the fields requiring compressive strength.

Ceramic Wear-Parts

TaeguTec is also renowned for its high quality ceramic wear parts made

from various materials such as silicon carbide, silicon nitride, boron

nitride and other oxide materials.

Carbide Rolls

To provide cost effective solutions and high productivity, TaeguTec has

introduced a range of carbide rolls for wire rods and deformed bars

that utilize a variety of grades and designs. With its state-of-the-art

manufacturing facilities, TaeguTec produces carbide rolls that are suited

for the diverse demands associated with everything from finishing blocks

to the intermediate mill.

TaeguTec’s expertise enables it to produce first class tungsten metal

powders and carbide powders in a variety of particle sizes, with almost a
