To define leadership has been a dream over 3000 years. You know
when you have met someone who is a leader but you can't quite tell
why they are that way. Definition comes from truth then from
consistency. Principles are laws. When looking for leadership the
first thing you look for is consistency. When studying an important
person look for certain characteristics that they have in common
with other successful people in that area.Every human was born to
be a leader. Every was born to be a leader but not overpeople. But
in an area of gifting.Leadership potential resides in every human
beingEvery one was born to be a leader but it is a processTrue
leadership is self manifestation a person discovering who they are
then becoming itThe purpose of true leadership is not to maintain
followers but to produce leadersCulture does not permit you to be a
leaderAll true leaders declare independence from their
culture.Leaders are so busy standing out they do not have time to
fit inTrue leadership is not pursued but discoveredTrue leadership
is the discovery of your purpose purpose is reason for
existence
God never created anything for beauty the color of flowers just
attract different insectsNothing God created was for fun it has an
assignment
Evrything has purpose the oceans the rains the hair in our noses
are put there to trap bacteria from entering in and destroying our
lungsThe wax in our ears are designed to trap all the dust from
getting in our innerear and making us death. The amazing thing is
if God has a purpose for the hairin our noses than he must have a
purpose for the person with the nose
I came to earth with and for a purposeParents are only used by
God to bring purpose to the earthlyYou decide to be a leader you
cannot take it anymoreIf you help people get what they want you
will always have what you needLeadership is about serviceIts about
empowering people not getting powerLeaders do not manipulate to
control
True Leaders inspire not manipulate peopleLeadership is not
about people but purposePeople will be attract to a person who is
perusing their purposeLeadership is about becoming not doingYou
cannot be recognized if you look like everyone elseI am originalGod
has never repeated anything in lifeGod hates duplicatesWhen you
imitate you loose your valueLeadership is they eyes of the
organization company and familyTrue leaders don't care if you like
them they have a love and confidence of themselves that attract you
to them
Imitation is not just flattery imitation is foolishness for you
to imitate you have to loose yourselfInstitutionalization of a
leadership centered culture.True leaders desire to create an entire
organization of leaders
Jesus trained the disciple to go into all the world with the
kingdom. He told them to go. He told them Where to go, how far to
go, how long to stay, what to saybut he never told them how.How has
to to with your uniqueness. Paul Peter James John were all
different their differences helped them to reach different markets
based on their uniqueness.

Whatever we are in our lives someone led us here.You cannot lead
people further than you are yourself you can not lead people
further then you have goneYou choose your leaders based on your
destiny decide who you want to follow based on where you want to

you were not born with those qualities then you were created by the
