Brandon Allen has been involved in training, leadership, and strate-gic facilitation since 1999. Having worked with hundreds of teams from non-profit to Fortune 500, Brandon understands the dynamics that are in-fused into today’s corporate cultures.

Diane Egbers is owner of Leadership Excelleration, Inc. provides Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Talent Management services. Now, and in the past 14 years, her passion and purpose is to serve senior leaders as a dynamic coach, facilitator and management consultant.

Karen Schenck has over 20 years of management and consulting experience. Her experience includes managing well-known consumer products, guiding the development of strategic plans and high performance work teams, leading organization assessment and improvement efforts, and building leadership and employee skills.
