Lead a paradigm shift, manage Agile Transformation

Organizations are increasingly realizing that in adopting Agile Methodologies to manage projects,

the challenges go far beyond changing terminologies and templates to a paradigm shift in the way

the teams are empowered and mentored to own and accelerate the outcome of their projects.

In order to make Agile effective & successful at Product/Business Unit level and an organizational

level, there is much more than Agile mechanics and team level practices. Agile adoption in many

organizations is suboptimal, as Managers/Leaders have not fully understood their role in the Agile

Transformation endeavor. In order for the organization to harness the full benefits of adopting Agile,

a significant change is required at managers/leaders level, both in terms of their own work and

management style, as well as in how they enable the teams and the ecosystem to embrace the

change. To provide some insights into the dynamics of the transition, PMI Bangalore India Chapter

in collaboration with PM Power Consulting brings this one-day workshop on “Leadership

Challenges in Agile Transformation”.

Target Audience

Product/Business Unit heads, Delivery Heads, Program Managers, Account Managers, Product

Managers, Functional Managers, Project Managers who are aspiring to move up in an Agile

environment, Agile Champions, Quality/SEPG Heads, HR Heads and L&D Heads.
