Leader In Me Pledge

I pledge to be a leader,

I will work hard every day,

To follow the 7 habits,

And do things the right way.

I will strive to be proactive,

And own each choice I make.

I will lead by example,

And wisely choose the path I take.

I will begin with the end in mind,

It’s the best way to succeed.

When I have a well thought plan,

I will reach my goal indeed.

I will put first things first It is a smart way to be.

I’ll work hard then I’ll play,

And do something for me.

I will seek the best solution,

So everyone can win.

It’s the perfect way to go,

So I will always think win-win.

I will always seek to listen first,

And help out when I can,

Before I tell my side,

So I can understand.

I promise to work with others,

Because it would be wise,

To put our thoughts together,

So we can synergize.

I know that I’m important,

And I must take care of me.

I promise to sharpen my saw,

To relax and feel stress free.

By using the 7 habits,

I’m the best me I can be.

I pledge to take the journey,

To bring out the Leader in Me!
