However, “2020 Visionis sll the umbrella theme for this year. The reason for that is we are looking at life differently here at DCOG. We see opportunies, not problems. We see giſted servants of the Lord, not just crowds on a given Sunday morning. We see blessings from God, not liabilies impeding our progress. We see change as posive, not negave – purposeful, not reckless. We see in the scriptures that Everybody maers to God, thus, Everybody maers at DCOG. Therefore, we will not be sasfied with business as usual. Where God leads us, we will follow. This month much planning and preparaons are being made for Easter and our spring/ summer ministries. This of course is behind-the-scenes work most do not see. Trust me, it is happening and is vital to our church life. Let me encourage you while things look calm in our ministry, take advantage of our regular scheduled ministry. Our Kitchen Ministry is spoiling us each Wednesday with a lovely meal (for the cost of a Freewill Offering) and the fellowship has been great! The choir and worship team are not only preparing for each Sundays worship, but are working on an Easter cantata. For the Adults, the study of Revelaon is challenging not only in content but in applicaon. Our youth connue their weekly meengs, our children are enjoying the hour led by Denise Rodeffer, and nursery will be provided as needed. Lots of good stuff! Thats why we call it, Family Focus. There is something for everybody in this church family. And folks, dont forget what is happening each Sunday morning. We are grateful to Sarah Keller and many others who are helping her with the new KIDS CLUB during the worship hour. Thank you to Deb Burke for always providing a wonderful nursery too. If you are not in a Sunday School class, please consider making this a regular part of your Sunday morning. Before I close, let me say a big THANK YOU to Doug and Cindy Reith who pulled together our new church directory photo-shoot. Thanks to everyone who helped make that happen and to all of you who got your pictures taken. I can hardly wait to see the finished project. Pastor Don

Sunday morning We see blessings from God not liabilities impeding our progress We see

change as positive not negative ndash purposeful not reckless We see in the scriptures that

Everybody matters to God thus Everybody matters at DCOG Therefore we will not be

satisfied with business as usual Where God leads us we will follow

This month much planning and preparations are being made for Easter and our spring

summer ministries This of course is behind-the-scenes work most do not see Trust me

it is happening and is vital to our church life Let me encourage you while things look calm

in our ministry take advantage of our regular scheduled ministry Our Kitchen Ministry is

spoiling us each Wednesday with a lovely meal (for the cost of a Freewill Offering) and the

fellowship has been great The choir and worship team are not only preparing for each

Sundayrsquos worship but are working on an Easter cantata For the Adults the study of

Revelation is challenging not only in content but in application Our youth continue their

weekly meetings our children are enjoying the hour led by Denise Rodeffer and nursery

will be provided as needed Lotrsquos of good stuff Thatrsquos why we call it Family Focus There

is something for everybody in this church family And folks donrsquot forget what is happening

each Sunday morning We are grateful to Sarah Keller and many others who are helping

her with the new KIDrsquoS CLUB during the worship hour Thank you to Deb Burke for always

providing a wonderful nursery too If you are not in a Sunday School class please consider

making this a regular part of your Sunday morning

Before I close let me say a big THANK YOU to Doug and Cindy Reith who pulled together

our new church directory photo-shoot Thanks to everyone who helped make that happen
