Qu’est ce que le Standardized Work ?
Définir précisément la meilleure façon de réaliser une tâche pour
respecter les exigences de Qualité, Productivité, Sécurité, Délai.
Se compose principalement de 3 documents :
- Fiche d’instruction opérateur
- Standardized Work Chart
- Work combinaison Table

Remove parts from tool

Remove the spiked frame from underneath the bench place it into the guides on the upper mould tool (fig 1)
Ensure that the handle is pointing towards you is fully located against the censor

Sketches / Photo's / etc. = SAFETY = QUALITY = TIP
Remove the waste then place the frame onto the bench
Ensure frame handle is pointing away from you and spikes are pointing upwards.
Fold the waste from the frame and place it onto the granulator cooling stand, using it to push the existingwaste into the granulator (fig 2).
Remove cavities 3 & 4 from the mould tool.Place parts onto left side of bench (Fig1)

3 Fold waste and place onto to stand.

Comment mettre en place le Standardized Work ?
• Identifier la meilleure pratique existante.
• Enregistrer la meilleure pratique (vidéo).
• La faire accepter par tous les opérateurs.
• Créer les documents.
• Ne pas chercher l’idéal immédiatement.
• Faire signer les documents par le superviseur.• Définir un processus d’audit.

•Gap Leader daily check each workstation. % of fulfillment of standardized work is monitored daily at plant level.•Audit is used as an opportunity to identify improvement ideas.

• The stabilization of operators work cycle is a key objective given to GAP Leaders, Supervisors and UAP managers.•The standardized Work is use as base to the assessment of the good operators training.
