  • OVERVIEW CONCEPT

    ENGLISH

    From the great potential of Santa Teresa,which combines the friendly atmospherewith proximity to the center,the interest came to occupy the existingpreserved building with an approprieteuse for the site and the city,creating the design of Le Chateau.The intention is to participate in thecultural life of the neighborhood, creatinga meeting point for the neighborhoodas well as a host for the city.

    The area for the Hotel is set on twoplots (Almirante Alexandrian No. 301and Bernardino dos Santos No. 50)and for the hotel, the access will beonly by Almirante Alexandrino.The two plots should get the set ofrooms: conventional rooms will be locatedon the plot of Alexandrino andthe other rooms, like apartments willlocated in the plot of Bernardino.The program consists occupy the preservedbuilding, after the recovery ofthe property, with Restaurant / Caf /Bar in front of the house at AlmiranteAlexandrino, the reception and somerooms to the interior of the plot. The building, which has historical and architectural value, has an ambiencewith great quality that needs to bemaintained and highlighted.

    At the bottom of the land on AlmiranteAlexandrino the proposal is to createa new building with parking and conventionalrooms. This new constructionwants to maintain distance from thebuilding preserved.An interconnection is proposed usingthis new building as a passage to anotherland, to create the accessiblebetween two sites.This passage is also a recreation areawith terrace and pool, located betweenthe two sites.In another land, Bernardino dos Santos50, the topography was adoptedas the party of scheduling the apartment.The intention is that new buildings haveslab gardens (green roofs), differentiatingthe new buildings and techniquesand the preserved building.

    PORTUGUS

    A partir do grande potencial do bairrode Santa Teresa, que combina a atmosferaagradvel com proximidadeao centro, surgiu o interesse de ocuparo casaro preservado com umuso compatvel com o local, criandoo projeto do Hotel Le Chateau.A inteno da proposta participarda vida cultural do bairro, criandomais um ponto de encontro para obairro e tambm um servio de hospedagempara a cidade.

    A rea para abrigar o Hotel configuradapor dois terrenos (Rua AlmiranteAlexandrino n 301 e Rua Bernardinodos Santos n 50) e para o uso do hotelsomente ser utilizado o acesso pelaRua Almirante Alexandrino.Os dois terrenos interligados deveroreceber o conjunto de quartos, sendoquartos convencionais instaladosno terreno da Almirante Alexandrinoe quartos tipo apartamentos isoladosinstalados no terreno da Bernardino.O programa do projeto Le Chateauconsiste em ocupar o casaro preservado,aps a correta recuperaodo imvel, com Restaurante/Caf/Barvoltados para a rua Almirante Alexandrinoe Recepo e alguns Quartosvoltados para o interior do terreno.

    O edifcio, que tem valor histrico e arquitetnico,possui uma ambinciacom grande qualidade que necessitaser cuidada e destacada.No fundo do terreno da Rua AlmiranteAlexandrino a proposta criar umanova construo com estacionamentoe Quartos convencionais. Esta novaconstruo ao fundo busca manterdistancia do edifcio preservado.Uma interligao proposta utilizandoeste novo edifcio como passagemde um terreno a outro, para que os 2terrenos sejam acessveis.Esta passagem tambm a rea delazer com terrao e piscina, localizadaentre os dois terrenos.No outro terreno, rua Bernardino dosSantos 50, devido a sua topografia opartido adotado foi o de escalonamentodos apartamentos.A inteno que as novas construestenham lajes jardins (tetos verdes), diferenciando novas construes comsuas intenes e novas tcnicas e oedifcio preservado.
