Terms and Conditions
1. DEFINITIONS
• Event means the LDP Career Forum (www.MBA-Exchange.com/LDPForum) online recruiting event.
• Employer profile is a one-pager compiled by MBA-Exchange.com about the Company • Online session means a 30-minute online meeting between Company representatives
and candidates. The session runs as a moderated conversation allowing the company to answer students’ questions. A recorded version can be uploaded on the Event website and made available to the registered candidates.
• Video Q&A means scheduling a time when we can video record about 30 minutes of answers to frequently asked questions from students. The recording works around your agenda as you can pick the time & date that best works for you. Once done, the recording appears within your Company Profile.
• Written Q&A means a short written interview composed of 6-8 frequently asked questions from students. The form can be filled online and only the answered questions appear in the final Q&A within your Company Profile.
2. EVENT DETAILS
Participating Students sign up free-of-charge to learn about the participating companies (corporate profiles, jobs, and written Q&A), attend the scheduled activities (Online Meetings and Chats), and apply to the jobs. MBA-Exchange.com markets the event to students with the help of the school career services and develops, maintains and manages the Event website with the various above-listed features.
3. DATA PRIVACY AND OWNERSHIP
The Company shall not share any personal information about a participating student with any third party, nor use such information for any purpose other than recruitment. The Company authorizes MBA-Exchange.com to use such materials as necessary to include in the Corporate Profile. It retains ownership of any intellectual property rights of all such content.
