Canon USA partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to help restore communities ravaged by natural disasters – demonstrating the commitment that Canon shares with our customers to help protect the environment. Through this program, Canon will donate one tree for every imageRUNNER ADVANCE multifunction system sold during the promotion period. Our goal is to donate up to 50,000 trees to the Arbor Day Foundation this year to help coordinate tree restoration efforts in national forests affected by natural disasters. Canon and Arbor Day will recognize customers who participate in this program by providing a certificate of appreciation for their purchase and acknowledgement of trees planted in their honor. A claim is required if you would like your customer to receive a certificate. However, if a claim is not received, the trees will still be donated. Customers can now register their products and generate their certificate, as well as, track Canon’s progress towards our goal of 50,000 trees from our special Arbor Day Foundation landing page at www.usa.canon.com/arborday. Beginning January 1, 2020 Xerox will no longer require a customer invoice to make an Xsell Claim for Sales and Leases. Now simply watch your sales reps spend more time selling and less time claiming. This change is in effect Right Now and pertains to all claims entered from January 1, 2020 even for units sold in Q4 2019.

Other Important ChangesClaim Time Frame:• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the customer sale date

• Xerox will process claims for each eligible serial number provided the unit was sold within 120 days of invoice date from distribution or Xerox Direct.

• Equipment sold to a customer 121 Days or more from the Invoice date from Distribution or Xerox Direct is not eligible for Xsell and will be rejected.

Fraudulent Claims:• Xerox will only pay one claim per eligible serial number. If a unit was previously claimed and a spiff was paid, Xerox will not process another claim for that serial number.

• Xerox will not be responsible for claims made by sales reps that did not actually sell the product to an end user. It is up to the Partner to ensure that reps follow the rulesof the program and only claim the units they actually sold.

The Xerox Xsell program is open to Authorized Channel Partners only.• Sales managers must be registered in Xsell, aligned to their sales reps and reside in the same sales location as Sales Reps to receive their 9% Sales Manager Spiff.

Payments will not be made retroactively.

• Xsell spiffs are paid on new printers and MFPs only. Remanufactured, used and demo products are not eligible. Back-orders are not eligible• No more than $ 10,000 of spiffs may be paid out on an end-user per program per quarter.

• There is a $ 10,000 limit on spiff payouts per sales rep per calendar quarter.

• Xsell spiffs apply to all configurations unless otherwise stated.

• Spiff values effective for dates shown above unless noted otherwise.

• All spiff claims must be submitted online and back-up received within 30 days of the customer invoice date.

– To receive a Xerox eConcierge spiff, the hardware spiff must be claimed and the serial number added to eConcierge within 30 days of the customer invoice date.No separate claim is needed. The eConcierge spiff will be paid to the hardware spiff claimant.

– For Xerox PageConnect transactions, print confirmation page and submit a copy of your end-user invoice and contract details page from SCOT.

– If your serial number is flagged for not being in the database or invalid number format, be sure to submit a copy of the distributorinvoice with serial numbers as well.

• Printers and MFP products must be purchased from an Authorized Distributor and sold to end-users (no cross-selling) to be eligible.

• Products sold under a leasing agreement are eligible for spiffs.

• Xerox reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time.

• Sales on business affiliated with Xerox Global Services are not eligible for spiffs unless prior authorization is approved by the Xsell Program Administrator.

• The Xerox Xsell Spiff Card (a Visa® Prepaid Card) is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. The Bankcorp Bank; Member FDIC.
