On a temporary period due to medical incapacity of the person in charge of budget control, I was responsible for the authorization of paying estimating works simultaneously with the preparation of basic budgets.

In coordination with the areas of financing and corporate planning, I collaborated in annual housing projections.

Establishing and Standardization of the urbanization and housing base costs, in order to establish cost precedents that allow us to measure profitability in future projects
