Energy performance certificates: The buildings are currently in the planning stage. Energy performance
certificates for non-residential buildings pursuant to Sections 16 ff of the German Energy Saving Ordinance
(EnEV) have not yet been issued. At the time of completion, we will present the energy performance
certificates to potential tenants and purchasers without prompting. In the event that a contract is to be signed,
we will transfer the aforementioned energy performance certificate directly to the tenant or purchaser, or
it will constitute part of the lease agreement or purchase agreement.
