At Gulfood we welcome you at our stand where you can experience some of our models at work. We will demonstrate ice cube and ice flake machines, ice dispensers, sushi cases, upright refrigerators, undercounter cabinets, refrigerated counter and blast chiller. On demonstration will be Hoshizaki´s ROX cleaning system that cleans and sterilises without using traditional cleaning agents.
Our mixologist Giovanni Depergola will give demonstrations and explain why opting for bought-in ice or ice of a lesser quality will seriously
compromise the quality and finish of your end-result cocktail. Giovanni will delight your tastebuds with unique cocktail recipes.
