• The act of controlling our emotions, actions, thoughts, words, and personal direction.
• Personal Inventory – Self analysis – Writing down each point you want to eliminate
• Start Small– Begin reducing each habit a little each day. – Keep a journal of your progress – Talk to yourself about the benefits of eliminating destructive
behaviors.
Self Discipline
• Self-Denial – Anger on unwanted results or comments or even gestures– Eating habits– Smoking
• Keep a Schedule – Make a to-do list and stick to it for a change
