I f you ever felt "I can't get what I want," you might thank the Roll ing Stones. Their music, and much popular music, innocently but effectively pro-grams l isteners for lack and l imitation. Their song, ?You Can?t Al-ways Get What You Want,? star ted instal l ing that l imit-ing belief in l isteners in 1969. Few think of music as an agent for programming, though. And few would look at that song as a type of brainwashing.

Yet music can slow dow n our progress w ith the Law of Attr action, and even pre-vent attr acting what we want. I t al l happens uncon-sciously, of course. But that?s how the Law of At-tr action works: you attr act a match to your uncon-scious beliefs, not necessar -i ly to your conscious ones.

Whi le I l ike the Roll ing Stones, too, I wanted to do

something about music that l imits. So I studied song w r i t-ing, gathered exper ienced mu-sicians, and recorded music

that does the opposi te: i t joy-ful ly r ew ires you to attr act magic and miracles.

For example, the song "Feel I t Real," on my brand new album, One More Day: Life Lessons in Hypnotic Song, advises you to attr act what you want by feel-ing i t r eal. To add impact, I had Grammy nominated singer Ruthie Foster add her soar ing vocals to my lyr ics. Now you

have a song that sounds great, feels great, and also programs you for a better l i fe.

The song ?The Hook? is a song I w rote to r emind you not to take any ?hooks? from other people, meaning don?t let them push your emo-tional buttons or en-gage you in a nega-tive way. The song?s

rocking mantra of ?Don?t Take the Hook? becomes an aware-ness technique so other people don?t br ing your vibration dow n. As long as you stay aware of ?hooks? in l i fe, you can stay peaceful, and focus on attr acting what you desir e.

because we do the same things and think the same things ever y day. The formula needs shaken up. The song urges you to ?Jump and skip, chase away the blues? You are here to laugh and sing? You are here to l ive, not r ust.? Music works on our body and mind in myster ious and won-der ful ways. The melody can put you in a tr ance. I know from my work in hypnosis that when you are in even a l ight tr ance, you can accept bel iefs. The words in a song can get in-stal led in your mind. They are aff i rmations to music. You can become a new person in min-utes w ith the r ight song. You could also become an unhappy person in minutes w ith the w rong song.

Ever y song on my new album is l ike a condensed self- help book. Instead of taking an en-ti r e volume to deliver the mes-

sage, these songs do i t in about three minutes.

For example, the song "Deep Within" points to the power center w ithin you, beyond your mind and emotions. I t guides you "deep w ithin" to the soul or Witness behind i t

Have you ever found yourself in the midst of a frustrating situation throwing your hands up in the air, rubbing your face and asking a mind fod-der question? You know, those kinds of questions that can fall under the category of ?rhetorical?. Ones like:

- Why can?t I ever get a break?

- Why can?t I ever get ahead?

- Why can?t I ever make ends meet?

Have you ever caught yourself asking these kinds of questions? I have asked this too, but that is happening less and less. I realized one of the beautiful laws of the Universe is all questions and all thoughts are taken literally. The Universe doesn?t have time to interpret!

I repeat: The Universe answers all questions literally.

Think again about those questions above and any ones that you may ask that are of similar nature. Therefore, ?catching those breaks? will never hap-pen. Road blocks will continue to prevent forward movement. Knowing this, ?Why can?t I ever make ends meet,? is the stuff that fairy tales are made of.

It makes sense though, doesn?t it? Ask and receive. The phrase isn?t, ?Ask and we will f igure it out and give it to you,? because the Universe doesn?t work that way.

How have you incorporated ?Ask and Receive? into your own lifestyle? Be ever mindful that you stil l have an ego and your ego is ?The King of Raspberry Blowing.? The ego?s only mis-sion in life is to keep you in check and living in as much fear as possible. The ego is so excellent at what it does that it has inf il-trated into all of society?s daily thinking. Who hasn?t heard the phrase from a newscast teaser: ?Are we getting snow? Stay tuned at 11 to hear

how much.? Your immediate response is ?Oh no! I must run out to get milk, eggs, cheese and OJ be-fore the storm hits!?

Don?t fret. You can alter your thought processes and use questions that can give the answers you are really searching for using Askfirmations.

Askfirmations are positive present tense ques-tions that give the Universe a clear understanding of what you are asking. They work the exact same way as all those mind fodder questions but with Askfirmations, you get a much better response back from the Universe. It?s that simple!

Start out with the basic Askfirmation that is rec-ommended to everyone:

"Why is it safe for me to be me?"

How many are really l iving their dream life? I have heard so many times from many of my clients, ?I can?t wait until I retire. THEN I will have a life that I can do what I want to do and when I want to do it.?

Unfortunately, if you are not l iving the life of your desires, there is an aspect within you that is stil l hiding in the closet. Society pounces on artists or

musicians or even those working outside the family business as not being responsible. It isn?t accept-able by society standards. You must conform or you just don?t f it in.

The Universe doesn?t want you to conform to society, it wants to de-liver to you what it is that you want. As an example, is there some law that says you must get a dia-mond ring in order to be off icially engaged? Here?s a news f lash; my husband and I have tattoos. Yup, a

good ol? tat. I did have a diamond engagement ring given to me with love over 30 years ago, but after decades together, we actually wanted some-thing a bit more permanent that spoke of us. So a small heart with init ials within work for us.

And that tattoo is exactly what made me safe to be me in ways that I never dreamed of.

Jeannette MawSome of us have manifesting rou-tines that require a fair amount of work, such as daily written processes like focus wheels and evidence journals, l istening to guided meditations, doing twice a day visualization sessions, and posting sticky note aff irmations on every available surface.

Lots of us make this routine of cre-ating our reality more work than is necessary ? or even helpful. (Re-member if we?re working too hard at something we?re not actually headed in the direction we want to go!)

Many a conscious creator has ex-perienced the swiftness and ease with which good things unfold when using a light touch and not trying too hard.

So what if I told you there are ridiculously easy ways to incorpo-rate the power of law of attraction into your daily l ife that you may be overlooking?

These methods take no extra time and yet are just as effective (per-haps even more so) than many of the regular practices we engage to manifest our desires. Here are my three favorite ways to sneak LOA

#3 EASY Ways...into your day, so you can benefit from the power of alignment with-out even working for it:

Studies show the average person uses 10 passwords a day, and that most of those passwords are com-posed of the name of a pet, our date of birth, or mom?s maiden name.

But this is an outstanding oppor-tunity to inject conscious creation in our day by using a password that aligns us to our latest dream or goal!

Many online security experts sug-gest your password be a phrase or sentence of at least 15 characters. Which means we can practice good security while also enhanc-ing our alignment.

For example, someone who is manifesting improved health might use ?GettinBet-ter3veryD@y? or ?Rockin?Bod=Mine.?

Someone attracting love might use ?HappilyEver@fter? or ?Hel-loMr.Right.? Manifesting money might warrant a password such as ?Rollin?InDough? or ?Good2bRich.?

After all, if you?re going to type a password multiple times through-out the day, why not leverage it for your alignment? This is an easy tip to have fun with!

For those of us who are immersed in managing emails every day, how about taking full advantage of that activity by implementing

an email signature to enhance the vibration?

With every note you send you get the chance to activate good vibrations. Even if your employer requires a conserva-tive signoff, you could stil l use something like ?With Appreci-ation? or ?Many Thanks? to help tap into higher frequen-cies. It?s simple, but if you con-sciously tune into it, it works!

I sign off each email with ?Love & Miracles? and have found it well worth the two seconds it takes to type it manually rather than use an auto signature. But even au-tomating your signoff is a de-lightful chance to amp up the good vibes in your world. Every email sent becomes an easy way to enhance your alignment as well as your reader?s.

Each of us tends to use an ha-bitual greeting or acknowledg-ment when init iating conver-sations with others. My sug-gestion is to use that as an op-portunity to raise the vibe!

Instead of ?How?s it goin??? or ?How are you?? imagine how dif ferently the conversation unfolds by greeting someone with ?What?s the good news?? or ?What?s fabulous in your

world??

Even if they don?t lead with speaking about what?s going well for them, just using the words ?good news? or ?fabu-lous? is a positive vi-bration activator. (But you?ll be de-lighted how often people do respond with a good answer!)

Just as powerful is your typical response to someone else?s ?How are you?? greeting. In-stead of the usual ?f ine? or ?good? you could answer with something more uplif t ing and meaningful. I smile every time I hear a col-league say with sincere gusto, ?Fabulous!? and another one who uses ?It?s good to be me!? Each one of those conversations begins with a smile.

We know that Universe is always listening for our cue, so this is just another easy way to give an instruction for good things.

(I?ve also employed my voice mail recording to prompt good vibes, with a message that in-vites callers to consider ?What would you love to happen next?? Those voice mails are way more fun to listen to than if they?d just heard a standard greeting.)

I promised three ways to engage more LOA in your day without l if t ing a f inger, but here?s a bonus tip:

Voice Mails

Conscious creators know the Universe manifests whatever thoughts or pictures we hold in mind, so however we stack the deck in our favor supports our successful creations.

This one works not just for your desktop background, but also for your screen saver or iPhone wallpaper. Whatever electronic devices you rely on regularly, put that display to work!

Instead of using the default landscape scenes or abstract graphics, choose an image that repre-sents your latest desire to help you get used to that vision. It?s an easy way to acclimate your mind to success.

My point is that there are easy opportunities for us to enhance our alignment without requiring a lot of t ime or energy. Many of us are used to mak-ing things harder than it really is to get what we want.

But just engaging one of these tips can help us send a more aligned signal to Universe without even trying.

Conscious creators know that a light and easy touch is often the secret sauce to swift manifesta-tions. So just because it?s easy doesn?t mean it isn?t powerful!

Don?t take my word for it, though ? test it for your-self . Have fun f inding easy and automatic ways to cue Universe for your dreams come true!

Oh, my heart! It aches with the destruction I?m imposing on my babies. I feel so cruel, so merci-less, so miserable doing something that at f irst brought me great joy and exhilarating delight.

Let me back up a litt le. I started out this week with 126 babies in my house. Well, maybe not 126 ? more like 146!

Maybe I?d better back up a litt le more. This year, for the f irst t ime in my life, I decided to have a vegetable garden. Flowers, too, but I don?t re-member a time when I wasn?t growing f lowers or helping my mother grow f lowers.

So I bought two of those miniature greenhouses, each with litt le pellets for starting veggies from seeds. I planted the seeds and watered them. And then I waited and watched. Several mornings later I noticed a few of them poking their faces or behinds up through the earth and I squealed with delight.

Then it was like popcorn, but a hundred times slower ? there?s another one ? and another ? un-folding, sprouting leaves.

I started calling them my babies. Quite a few times during the day I?d talk to them. I?d say things like, ?I love you, my babies. You?re so beautiful. And you?re growing more beautiful

every day.? I?d say that with my mouth close to them so they?d get the benefit of the carbon dioxide from my breath. (I l ive alone so there?s no one around to f ind all of this peculiar.)

Everything was hunky dory: the veggie seedlings stretching and growing taller day by day; I talking to them, encouraging them, cheering them on, loving them. My heart opened wider and wider, bursting with Love ? and that feeling, so ripe, so good, so all-encompassing ? carried over to peo-ple I?d see or talk with on the phone.

And then I read one of the seed packets.

Ohmygod, it said to thin them out! Just leave one seedling every eight inches. The other packets said every six inches, or ten. I was on the verge of tears as I started pulling the smallest (or unlucki-est) ones out, wrenching them from their broth-ers and sisters, their t iny leaves entangled with the leaves of their stronger, taller siblings as if to say: ?Save me! I don?t want to die.? Can you imag-ine how I felt?

Now ? I admit it: I am an omnivore. I eat meat and f ish and veggies and once in a while, grains. I put garlic on my steak and savor every bite. I have no problem ripping the leg off a roasted chicken and chomping on it.

That probably sounds disgusting to vege-tarians and for sure to vegans. But I have never felt a twinge of remorse while eat-ing the f lesh of animals. I?ve always envi-sioned it as the natural order of things on this planet: the grass sacrif ices itself to the cattle, the cattle sacrif ice themselves to the people.

But I do believe in praying, including giv-ing thanks for the food I eat. So I prayed and asked the Divine if I should continue ripping out the majority of the seedlings so the few could live. The answer I re-ceived was yes, this is the way it works in nature. But I also heard, ?Just as you talk to your baby seedlings ? frequently throughout the day ? let us communicate that way with each other.?

And so I will. I?ll practice connecting with the Divine frequently all day long until it becomes a habit. I just won?t ask if I should continue being an omnivore. I don?t want to know the answer.

The Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see and then asked the students, ?How much do you think this glass weighs??

?Exactly!? said the professor. "Life?s problems are something like this. Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK. Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache. Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything."

It?s important to think of the challenges or prob-lems in your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to ?PUT THEM DOWN? at the end of every day be-fore you go to sleep. That way, you are not stressed; you wake up every day fresh and strong. You will be able to handle any issue, any chal-lenge that comes your way!

T he very f irst step to being successful in

working with the Law of Attraction is to get extremely clear on what it is that you say that you want to be, to do, or to have. The best way to do this is to go somewhere where you can be alone in a quiet place and spend as much time as you need to think about what it is that you really want in your life. While you are working on this piece, don?t allow your self- talk to say things in your mind like ?that will never happen,? or ?I could never have that because of _____.? When you start reach-ing out of your comfort zone and really think-ing about what it is that you truly want in this l ife, you are more than likely going to be bumping into a lot of l imiting beliefs that you may not have even known that you had. Just remember that you are working with a Power that can manifest anything, so don?t set the bar too low.

Another major point that I need to share with you is that your goals need to be in writ ing, and they also need to be in the present tense. A goal written in the present tense is really an ?I AM? statement. Here?s an example of what I mean. The written goal and aff irmation for being a college graduate in the correct man-ner would be ?I AM A COLLEGE GRADUATE,? rather than ?Someday I will get my degree.? The dif ference may seem subtle, but the dif-ference is actually quite huge. ?I AM A COL-LEGE GRADUATE? puts it in the Now as al-ready done. ?Someday I will get my degree? is not powerful at all and it really sounds like just a big ?maybe? as it has no feeling of com-mitment or power. The only limit to what you can achieve is within you, and that is whether or not you can get into feeling and believing that it is already done and that it is on its way to you.

Now that you have the ?What? out of the way, it is t ime to focus on the ?Why.? Why is it that you really want each of these things to come true? You need to be able to write down all of the reasons why you say that you want this thing in your life, and also what your associ-ated feelings are for having this in your life. You must be able to generate real passion in your feelings for these written goals as being true. When your goals and feelings are in

alignment, you will realize that the feeling you get in its purest form is Love, the most power-ful force in the universe. If you are unable to generate true passion for your goals, then these goals are not really what you should be going for.

Upon successfully creating goals which you are passionate about, the next step in the process is to make a complete commitment to achieving them, and to never stop working on them until they manifest into your reality. It is your life we are talking about, so it is about as serious as it can get. Now that I have your at-tention, the next step is your role in the co-creation process. You need to meet the Uni-verse half way, and you do this through doing your part in the role of being a Co-Creator. To be a successful Co-Creator, you need to make a daily practice of performing what I call the hour of power. The hour of power consists of practicing various exercises that bring your written goals into your present reality. The techniques that I practice on a daily basis are the ones which make up what I call my ?Visu-alFestation System,? and they are the same ones with which I have successfully mani-fested miracles in my life.

One of the most powerful techniques that I practice in my hour of power is creative visual-ization. The way that I practice creative visual-ization is to sit in a comfortable position where I then close my eyes and get into a very relaxed state of meditation. Once relaxed I then see my life as if all of my goals have come true, and I experience a total feeling of joy and gratitude as I see myself l iving it on the screen of my mind. When I am ready to f inish the visualization, I see everything that I have visualized being wrapped inside a pink balloon, and then I see it being released from my mind and then I see it f loating up into the heavens, and I get into a wonderful feeling of gratitude that it is done and that I?ll let the Universe handle the details. If you f ind tears of joy in your eyes after completing the pink bubble technique, you have it down and it is on its way.

As a Co- Creator practicing these techniques during your hour of power on a daily basis, you are sending a very clear vibration out into the Universe, and it is getting stronger and

stronger. The Universe through working with Natural Law is going to send you back the matching reality. The Universe knows the best way to send you back your miracle, so don?t start trying to think logically about what steps you think The Universe will or should take to make it happen. Doing this only will only lead to you questioning whether or not it is going to happen, which washes down your faith that it will. Stay out of the ?hows,?? and trust that it is all working out perfectly for you. One thing I can tell you from my personal experience is that every time that my miracles manifested, I never saw them coming before they ?popped? into my reality.

One of the greatest mistakes that I see most students of the Law of Attraction missing is the fact that this is a lifestyle and spiritual commitment. If you ask most runners if they would someday like to run across the f inish line in a marathon, most would say ?yes.? Say-ing ?yes? to someday doing a marathon is one thing, waking up early and putting in the mileage required to cross that f inish line is completely another. Endurance and keeping your faith is what will bring you across your own f inish line, which is successful manifesta-tion. I did it, and I know that you can too!

amends? And doesn?t beating yourself up com-pound any natural consequences your mistake created anyway? Thus, doesn?t it make perfect sense to forgive yourself for a mistake?

How simple is it to apply this idea to your life? Forget to pick up milk on the way home or ne-glect lawn work on your day off? You can forgive yourself for those things, right? For such things, you could probably easily forgive yourself and transition directly into making amends.

But what about investing your family?s entire savings into a business that goes bankrupt? Or costing yourself a promotion by completely bombing an important sales presentation? Would you forgive yourself after those mis-takes? Or would you go right back to beating yourself up because they are simply too impor-tant to allow self-forgiveness?

If you are in the habit of applying a new idea to your life, you?d drop the whole self- forgiveness thing when the mistake is big and painful. Even if forgiving yourself makes perfect sense.

The Million-Dollar Manifestation Question

But here is the mill ion-dollar question if you?re ready to f inally manifest the ?big stuff?: did the logic behind forgiving yourself suddenly stop being true just because the mistake was a ?big? one?

Sure - a smaller mistake is easier to let go of. But just because it?s more challenging to use the new idea on the really painful stuff , doesn?t mean it?s no longer appropriate! In fact, the only thing ever preventing a new idea from working just as well on the ?big stuff ,? as the less impor-tant things, is a lack of will ingness to use it.

Isn?t this great news? You may have imagined that the people who enjoy the ?big desires? must be lucky or ?chosen.? Maybe you thought we were lying about manifesting the ?big stuff? when you?ve been unable, t ime and again, to manifest your most important desires. Or, worse

stil l, you might think you?re unworthy because the ?big stuff? has eluded you.

None of that is true. You?ve been stuck in neu-tral simply because you?ve been applying these ideas to your life. Now you can let go of self-blame. To f inally see the results you always dreamed of, all you need do is apply your life to these ideas.

Applying Your Life to a New Idea May Not Al-ways Be a ?Quick Fix,? But It Works

I?m not suggesting, by the way, that sticking with a new idea in moments of great pain will always lead to a quick and easy resolution. That pain, in fact, might even be magnif ied init ially by the awkwardness and unfamiliarity of using a new idea. Yet by not using old ideas, you won?t com-pound a painful material experience (as you usually did before). And, that alone, is a huge relief.

I?ll bet you won?t even need to wait long before a golden opportunity to apply your life to quan-tum paradigms arises. All you need is a familiar, painful material experience and you?re ready to f inally apply your life to these new paradigms. Perhaps you?ll get that opportunity when you glance in the mirror on your way to the shower tonight or maybe you?ll get it when your bank statement arrives tomorrow.

Whatever the painful material experience is, all you must do is stay true to your commitment. Now secure in knowing that new ideas don?t stop being true just because a material experi-ence is painful, you can acknowledge the pain while reminding yourself that your displeasing material experience is merely a ref lection of your current beliefs.

Since your beliefs are subjective, having been given to you during childhood, you can change them now if you want. And now engaged in a genuine protocol to raise your beliefs into align-ment with your desires, that displeasing ref lec-

t ion will also become more aligned with your de-sires in due time.

Yes, it is true, we are all Superheroes with powers beyond what we use. Why is it thatwe don?t believe this, or we forget? We tend to limit ourselves to what is seen, instead of viewing the bigger picture.

Spiritual Beings First, Then Human Beings

We are all spiritual beings f irst and foremost. Before we came into this physical body, we were spirit and the greater part of us stil l is, even whilst we are stil l in our physical human form. Many of us forget a very important fact. When you see yourself only as what is standing before you, you forget you are a powerful spiritual being, simply preferring looking at the 3D version of ourselves.

We have unlimited potential to do, be or have whatever we want. As a spiritual being, you can move in and out of places, without any limits. You can move as high as you want or as low as you want, you do not have any physical force that can stop you.

Being a Spiritual Being

Close your eyes for a moment and see yourself as universal energy, leaving your body, as a spirit version of you. You can now go anywhere you choose, do anything you want and be anything you want to be. How does it feel having that freedom to be your true spirit, experiencing life as you want it?

I am the ugly duckling. There are three of us ? and I am always the odd man out. I am dif ferent from my siblings.

I want to be like my sister. Heck, I want to BE my sister. She?s older, she?s prettier, she?s taller, and she?s smarter. She gets all the attention. She?s perfect. My sister can do no wrong.

I l ike being a girl, so I don?t want to be like my brother ? except I know that if I was born a boy, I?d get special treatment all the time.

I am seven years old, maybe eight, and I want approval so badly. I am proud and happy to carry the groceries on our way home from the market. We have no car, so walking is our norm.

I?d will ingly help out in the kitchen every chance I could. I craved love and I wanted approval so desperately. Oh, please, please, please ?Let me help you ? let me make you proud. Please give me a chance.?

When I am nine years old, I am told to stop being outspoken. I need to stop expressing myself . I must keep my emotions to myself , I must keep my thoughts and wishes hidden. I should not express myself . I am a Chinese girl. I should ?speak only when spoken to.?

I am now in the sixth grade; I think I am 11 years old. I look into the mirror, I smile into the mirror, and I brush my long, dark hair. I say to my ref lection and aff irm to myself : ?I am NOT ugly. I am pretty? I am a pretty girl.?

I am a teenager now, 14 years old and just about to turn 15. I am told that even if there were funds available, it would be my sister that they would send to college/university. It doesn?t matter if I bring

home mostly A?s and a couple of B?s. I stil l am not worthy. I do not deserve a paid education.

Throughout these years, I am told that I will not succeed. I am told that I am unfortunate because my sister got the good looks of the two girls. I am too short and too skinny; my voice is funny because it is too low and raspy. I am no good. I am the bad egg. I can relate to a book from my early childhood. Litt le did I know that in the end, the ?Ugly Duckling? would turn out to be a beautiful swan.

I am 15 now. I have been raised with the belief that I am the black sheep of the family. So why not act l ike I am? The boys are looking at me now. They think I?m cute. Wow, I am cute! Not only that, but they tell me that I have a ?good personality.? Nice. People like me; I am thril led. There is no longer a need for me to compete with my sister. There is no need to try so hard and please everyone at home. However, I am stil l longing for their love? and approval.

I now start my rebellious phase. Trouble, here I come. I am a troubled teen like many, and I am involved with anything and anyone that is off l imits to me. My excuse is that nothing I do makes a dif ference anyway, so why not test the limits. Ultimately, I do feel remorseful for my actions and I repent.

I am 18 now, and I want out. I feel restricted and confined to a place where I cannot be myself . I cannot speak out, and when I do, I am always wrong anyway. Nothing I do gains approval. I want my freedom. I want to express myself !

In a nutshell, growing up in the traditional old school, old culture-style home, I was told that I was too expressive and certainly too talkative. I was reprimanded for laughing too often and too loudly in public. I was told to

contain myself and be aware of my body language. I was told to speak with my hands by my sides and to be stil l. I was told to speak only when spoken to and was discouraged to init iate conversations, as that action would be considered a display of bad manners. These requests were not easy, but I could at least honor them in public when with my family. However, when I was on my own, at school or elsewhere, I laughed, I jumped, I hugged, I felt passionate, and I felt free. I f inally felt as though I loved myself .

Mostly, I wanted to love myself because I kept thinking to myself , who would love me if I didn?t?

My friends, uncles and aunts and grandparents thought I was special. They loved me.

Outside of my immediate family, I realized that other

people accepted me. They enjoyed my enthusiasm. They wanted to be with me. Even strangers thought I was a ?fun and happy? person to be around. They enjoyed my laughter. I guess I was happy. I was happy because I felt freedom with them because I could be myself .

Though I recognize the bond of family, I also realize that they are not the only people who are important in my life. Whether bound by blood or by friendship, it is human nature to connect deeply to those who want to be with us and see the best in us.

Self-esteem grows immensely when it is nurtured by love and acceptance. I am

grateful for the positive inf luence and guidance in my life. I am able to build my self-esteem through the people who were meant to be part of my journey to self-love.

Today I love and appreciate myself for who I am; for I am a swan.

If we want creative breakthroughs, we have to en-gage in a process of letting go before we get to the fun part when we get to recombine ideas and enjoy the rush of breakthrough. That means surfacing and questioning our assumptions. Spotting and breaking our habits. And, above all, encountering and releas-ing our fears. This is why true creativity, in whatever area in life, is a whole mind and body thing. We need all our faculties aligned if we want to be creative; as opposed to talk about being creative. This is a way of l ife, not a tit le at work. It is a way of engaging with the problems we want to solve and feeling our way, thinking our way and acing our way to solve them with a creative breakthrough. As we practice this art, craft and science, we learn to break through anything that is blocking us at will. The blockages are inside. As soon as we let go of them, things begin to f low.

7 Steps to Boost Your Creativity

1. Remember you are creative in your DNA

Pause for a moment and feel, right now, the hundreds of tril l ions of cells that make up your body/mind. Each one is alive and auto- poetic. Each is pulsating with creativity because it can self- create. Which means you are creative in your essence, no matter what your old art teacher, uncle, or boss said to you. Every chromosome, cell membrane, organ, and neu-ron within you is fundamentally creative. You can break through anything you choose to.

2. Bring all your attention to a problem you want to break through

Although we want to let go of old ideas and habits, f irst we must bring a challenge and issue into our awareness; focusing our brain and body on it. It can be a challenge in our relationships, in our career, in our marketplace, in society. Anything at all is raw material for a problem. As we bring it to our attention, we signal to our brain and body that we are ready to create.

3. Feel the problem all over; don?t just think it

We are fully embodied minds. The science of embodied cognition is showing us that we think with our whole body, not just our brain. The insula cortex is able to sense our body?s intell igence and feed it into the emotional parts of the brain. Elite athletes and soldiers have highly developed insulas because they are so highly tuned to their bodily senses. The more we feel the prob-lem, as opposed to just thinking about it, the more we recruit more parts of our emotionally- guided nervous system for a breakthrough.

4. Notice the habitual ways you have of dealing with this problem or ones like it

How do you usually react? What behaviors do you show? What thoughts do you have about the situation or any of the people in it? What do you assume about those in-volved? What are you being right about? What feelings do you usually have? Are any of them stressful, tense or fearful?

5. Find your still point to step out of your comfort zone

Before you can let go of all those old habits, assumptions and ideas it helps to reconnect your heart to something bigger than your worries and fears. What inspires you most about the creative spirit? Can you use mindfulness or meditation to f ind

6. Let go of anything that holds you in the past

You can break through anything, IF (and it?s a big if) you are prepared to get out of the way of yourself by jettisoning each and every as-sumption that is holding you back. Take a

break, have a bath, just starting writ ing. What-ever it takes to let go.

7. Let the Ah Ha! Out

Allow a fresh insight or idea to emerge from within. Allow it to come into your heart and mind without censorship, cynicism or self-crit icism. Creativity is at its peak when we get out of the way of ourselves. You have to get the Tiny Me out of the way of the Great We so an Ah Ha! Can burst through you. In Taoism, this concept is called wei wu wei, which can roughly be translated as ?doing not doing.? Ac-tion is occurring. Things are being created. Yet it is not the ?I,? in the sense of the Tiny Me, that is doing all the work. We are totally at-tuned and attentive, yet have let go of con-trol. This same concept is present in Indian wisdom as ?action less action.? It is similar to the experiences people describe as f low states.

When we do things in a way that doesn?t feel l ike there is an ?I? doing them? an I that is a small, fearful Tiny Me (or ego)? we allow breakthroughs to come through us. We be-come ?entangled? with the thing we are creat-

ing. We are the subject, object, and verb all at once. We are not merely the dancer; we are the dance and the dancing too. We are not just the scientist; we are the science as well. We are not just the lover; we are the loving and the lovemaking too. Ideas are not simply ?ours.? They come through us. We co- create them with the universe we are part of. The more we work at clearing out the old assumptions and letting go of control, the more f itted and bril l iant the ideas ?we? will have.

W ith all the dif ferent dietary advice f lying around these days, how can you even begin to know what food choices to make?

Take fat for example. For years it has been painted as an evil monster and the root cause of high cho-lesterol, heart disease and obesity. But scientif ic studies now show that there are many benefits of eating more fat, and it?s time we started rethink-ing this essential part of our dietary regime.

In short, fat has gotten a bad rap.

In Grain Brain Dr. David Perlmutter describes our ancestor?s diet as being 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs compared to our current diet of  60% carbs, 20% protein and 20% fat. Dr. Perlmutter goes on to explain how the cornerstone of many of today?s health conditions, including Alzheimer?s, ADHD, depression, anxiety and chronic headaches are linked to inf lammation in the body and brain triggered by carbs.

Scientists Claim That Quantum Theory

Proves Consciousness Moves To Another Universe At Death

Dr. Robert Lanza is an expert in regenerative medicine and scientif ic director of Advanced Cell Technology Company. He has been known for his extensive re-search which dealt with stem cells, he was also famous for several successful experiments on cloning endan-gered animal species.

Not so long ago, the scientist became involved with physics, quantum mechanics and astrophysics. This ex-plosive mixture has given birth to the new theory of bio-centrism, which the professor has been preaching ever since. Biocentrism teaches that l ife and consciousness are fundamental to the universe. It is consciousness that creates the material universe, not the other way around.

Lanza points to the structure of the universe itself , and that the laws, forces, and constants of the universe ap-pear to be f ine- tuned for l ife, implying intell igence ex-isted prior to matter. He also claims that space and time are not objects or things, but rather tools of our animal understanding. Lanza says that we carry space and time around with us ?like turtles with shells.? meaning that when the shell comes off (space and time), we stil l exist.

The theory implies that death of consciousness simply does not exist. It only exists as a thought because peo-ple identify themselves with their body. They believe that the body is going to perish, sooner or later, thinking their consciousness will disappear too. If the body gen-erates consciousness, then consciousness dies when the body dies. But if the body receives consciousness in the same way that a cable box receives satell ite signals, then of course consciousness does not end at the death of the physical vehicle. In fact, consciousness exists out-side of constraints of t ime and space. It is able to be any-where: in the human body and outside of it. In other words, it is non- local in the same sense that quantum objects are non-local.

Lanza also believes that multiple universes can exist si-multaneously. In one universe, the body can be dead. And in another it continues to exist, absorbing con-sciousness which migrated into this universe. This means that a dead person while traveling through the same tunnel ends up not in hell or in heaven, but in a similar world he or she once inhabited, but this time alive. And so on, inf initely. It?s almost l ike a cosmic Russian doll afterlife effect.

This hope- instil l ing, but extremely controversial theory by Lanza has many unwitting supporters, not just mere mortals who want to live forever, but also some well-known scientists. These are the physicists and astro-physicists who tend to agree with existence of parallel worlds and who suggest the possibil ity of multiple uni-verses. Multiverse (multi- universe) is a so-called scien-tif ic concept, which they defend. They believe that no

physical laws exist which would prohibit the exis-tence of parallel worlds.

The f irst one was a science f iction writer H.G. Wells who proclaimed in 1895 in his story ?The Door in the Wall?. And after 62 years, this idea was developed by Dr. Hugh Everett in his graduate thesis at the Prince-ton University. It basically posits that at any given mo-ment the universe divides into countless similar in-stances. And the next moment, these ?newborn? uni-verses split in a similar fashion. In some of these worlds you may be present: reading this article in one universe, or watching TV in another.

The triggering factor for these multiplyingworlds is our actions, explained Everett. If we make some choices, instantly one universe splits into two with dif ferent versions of outcomes.

In the 1980s, Andrei Linde, scientist from the Lebe-dev?s Institute of physics, developed the theory of multiple universes. He is now a professor at Stanford University. Linde explained: Space consists of many inf lating spheres, which give rise to similar spheres, and those, in turn, produce spheres in even greater numbers, and so on to inf inity. In the universe, they are spaced apart. They are not aware of each other?s existence. But they represent parts of the same physi-cal universe.

The fact that our universe is not alone is supported by data received from the Planck space telescope. Using the data, scientists have created the most accurate map of the microwave background, the so-called cos-mic relic background radiation, which has remained since the inception of our universe. They also found that the universe has a lot of dark recesses repre-sented by some holes and extensive gaps.

So, there is abundance of places or other universes where our soul could migrate after death, according to the theory of neo- biocentrism. But does the soul exist? Is there any scientif ic theory of consciousness that could accommodate such a claim? According to Dr. Stuart Hameroff, a near-death experience happens when the quantum information that inhabits the ner-vous system leaves the body and dissipates into the universe. Contrary to materialistic accounts of con-sciousness, Dr. Hameroff offers an alternative expla-nation of consciousness that can perhaps appeal to both the rational scientif ic mind and personal intuit ions.

Consciousness resides, according to Stuart and Brit ish physicist Sir Roger Penrose, in the microtubules of the brain cells, which are the primary sites of quantum processing. Upon death, this information is released

from your body, meaning that your consciousness goes with it. They have argued that our experience of consciousness is the result of quantum gravity effects in these microtubules, a theory which they dubbed or-chestrated objective reduction (Orch-OR).

Consciousness, or at least proto-consciousness is the-orized by them to be a fundamental property of the universe, present even at the f irst moment of the uni-verse during the Big Bang. ?In one such scheme proto-conscious experience is a basic property of physical reality accessible to a quantum process associated with brain activity.?

Our souls are in fact constructed from the very fabric of the universe ? and may have existed since the be-ginning of t ime. Over time, we stray from our true desires. We develop insensitivity and lose our emotional attunement. We no longer feel the connection. Our desires fade into the massive subcon-scious. Visualizationin an

Easy, Joyful and Fun Way!

Whenever I talk to people about the importance of visualization, the comments that I hear are, ?It is too dif f icult,? or ?I don?t have the time,? or ?My mind is not disciplined enough to focus on my dreams.? I believe that when you have a clear understanding of how visualization works you will be able to practice it in a joyful, fun and easy way.

First, let?s define visualization. In simple terms, visualization is seeing and feeling your own self in your own mind, ALREADY being, doing and having the GOOD that you desire. Another way of explaining visualization is deliberately and positively dreaming things into expression as you align your beliefs, thoughts, feelings and images with your desire. Biblically, visualization is ?Calling those things that be not as though they were,? [Romans 4]. It is seeing and feeling your future into the NOW of your life.

There are 4 stages of Visualization:

1. CONSCIOUS MIND ? The intellect which is the reasoning faculty, functions to choose and select what you desire. In your conscious mind, you choose and become clear about what you desire.

2. TRANSLIMINAL MIND ? The area of mind between the conscious and subconscious is where your idea or intention is practiced. Once you have consciously chosen what your intention is, the visualizing of that idea or intention is housed in your transliminal brain. As you begin visualizing, it develops and forms as you continue to see your desire fulf il led in an easy, joyful and fun way. This is the stage where you practice, practice, practice! You must imagine yourself right in the place of your fulf il led desire. Your future must become ?the present? in your imagination. As you continue to practice, it begins to create an imprint on your subconscious mind and eventually is downloaded.

3. SUBCONSCIOUS MIND ? The subconscious mind, which receives and accepts all conscious and unconscious impressions, acts upon them without REASON. It accepts whatever you impress upon it. If you say, think, feel and believe that ?I AM HEALED,? over

t ime you will be healed. Your subconscious mind will do whatever is necessary to express the thought that you have given it. When the subconscious mind is f il led with your GOOD desires, it brings forth your manifestation into reality.

4. SUPERCONSCIOUS MIND ? The omniscient, omnipresent Spirit is all knowing, all powerful and always present. Spirit hears your thoughts as prayers and will do abundantly more than you are able to ask or think. This is the force behind your beliefs which powers up the realization and manifestation.

Now that you understand how visualization works, let me give you some easy steps to use this powerful universal principle:

1. Choose one intention, goal or idea that you desire to manifest in your life (Conscious Mind) and be clear about what you want.

2. Make your visualization fun, joyful and pleasurable.

3. Begin with 7 minutes. Use an online timer or stopwatch to assist you.

4. Choose one scene to begin seeing, feeling and believing that you have your manifestation NOW. Create a scene in your mind where you are living your life based on the outcome of your desire. Here?s an example: if you desire to travel to the Caribbean, see yourself going through customs with your passport, getting into the taxi, arriving at your hotel on the beach, and then giving the driver a big tip. Feel the ocean breeze on your skin as you stroll along the white sandy beach, feeling the sand in between your toes.

5. If your mind drif ts away while you are visualizing, GENTLY bring it back to your vision.

6. Use meditation music that you might hear in the Caribbean, as a way to keep you relaxed and calm during your visualization.

7. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. Remember, it is a universal law that will work for anyone who will work it.

8. Remember that the Spirit is the power behind your vision and is orchestrating and arranging circumstances in your life to bring your manifestation in perfect order.

9. Detach from the HOW. God has a mill ion ways to bring your manifestation to you.

10. Be grateful in advance before your manifestation. Gratitude is powerful.

Read the f irst sentence of this article again? .right now? ..Chances are you've been wanting something dif ferent than the above statements, yet these are what you've been programming your life with. Here and now is where you can make the change? the change to be positive, and it starts with positive aff irmations.

First person ?I am? aff irmations have proven to be the most effective method of reprogramming our subconscious mind to attract positive results into our life. This has been proven over and over and over. It is pragmatic, not philosophical. It is a Universal law. Focus = Fuel.

The very f irst thing you need to do is to decide

to be positive and be very focused on staying positive, no matter what the situation. Training your mind to think and stay positive requires discipline and practice, but the results are phenomenal. You can start with these aff irmations and repeat them as often as possible, either verbally or in your mind: "I am positive in my words and thoughts," "I am happy with my life," "I am strong and courageous in all that I do," "I am blessed," "I am safe." You can also ask your family and friends to help you with your new way of positive thinking by asking them to stop you whenever you say something negative. After a few weeks you will see that the negative comments are greatly reduced and you feel a whole lot better.

To reinforce your new way of thinking, l isten to positive aff irmations programs and listen to them often. As you are listening, repeat the aff irmations either out loud or in your head. Listening to subliminal aff irmations also has a great effect in that it bypasses your conscious mind and works directly on your subconscious.

Stay positive and reinforce your faith and belief by listening and repeating your aff irmations and living as if they have already manifested into the physical. Remember everything that is in the physical realm started as a thought in someone?s imagination.

There are many stories of children who claim to vividly remember being someone else, but Ryan?s story is truly remarkable. No matter what your beliefs are in regards to what exactly hap-pens after we die, this story is sure to make you ques-tion what you may think you already know.

It all began when Ryan was about 4 years old. He would often wake up with horrible nightmares, and by the time he was 5 he decided to confide with his mother. He said: ?Mom, I have something I need to tell you, I used to be somebody else.?

Ryan claims that when his mother turns to the page in the book he instantly remembers that?s me, that?s who I was! Finally Cyndi had a face to match with her son?s memories and f inally decided to seek out help. She stumbled across Dr. Jim Tucker, M.D., the Bonner-Lowry Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences at the University of Virginia.

Tucker is a child psychiatrist who has spent more than a decade studying the cases of children, usually between the ages of 2 and 6 years old, who claim to re-member details about a past l ife.
