A Montana native, Jeani attended the University of Montana, later transferring to Arizona State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology. Jeani has always had a passion for skin care, beauty, and wellness. She attended

the National Aesthetics Institute and The Yellowstone Institute of Massage Therapy. She is trained in skincare, body treatments, Swedish massage, Stress Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue Massage for the shoulders and back. Icassandra’s picks have so many favorites I don’t know where to start! Since I have to keep my tops picks to a minimum, I’ll just tell you about two. My first pick would have to be the MTS-Roller. It’s at home micro-needling at its finest, delivering results while experiencing NO pain! The roller works by stimulating the body’s own collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks, skin laxity and scarring by introducing a series of fine, sharp needles into the skin. This allows better penetration of anti-aging products, allowing them to work better. The MTS-Rollers are equipped with 200 needles, made from surgical stainless steel, come with a sanitizing kit, and last about a year. $148

We want our treatments and injectables to be your best kept secret, so here are some pre-treatment recommendations to help us give you a great treatment and avoid bruising with Botox and or Fillers.

n Please plan ahead of your social events (wedding, reunion) by at least two weeks!

n Medications can thin your blood and increase your risk of bruising. Here are some medications to discontinue for a week prior to treatment (some are needed for medical reasons so check with your prescribing professional first.)

n Aspirin n Excedrin n Ibuprophen (Motrin, Advil) n Naproxin (Aleve)n Omega 3 fatty acids

If pain medication is needed Tylenol is fine to use.

n Do not use any products containing Retin A or Retinol 3 days prior to treatment.

n Stop drinking alcohol 3 days prior to treatment and limit caffeine. Continue to limit these for 3 days after treatment.

n Try eating pineapple 2–3 times a day for 3 days prior. Avoid Bromelain supplements (pineapple extract) because it can have serious side effects.

n Eating foods high in vitamin K for a few days prior to your injections. Foods high in vitamin K are: kale, collards and greens, spinach, brussel sprouts, onions, lettuce, and cabbage.

n Take Arnica Montana (Boiron) 3 days before and after your treatment. This product can be found at drug or health food stores. Arnica gel or cream can be applied topically after treatment as well to help reduce pain, swelling and discoloration.

n If you have a history of cold sores — we recommend pre-treatment with an anti-viral medication. We are happy to prescribe this for you to help prevent a breakout.

Even the best planning and injection technique cannot always prevent bruising. If one should happen, we offer a complimentary treatment of your bruise with our V-beam laser. This laser helps break up the bruise so it can resolve quicker. DermMend is another option — a topical over-the-counter bruise formula that rejuvenates the skin’s natural barrier to help the appearance of bruised skin. And finally, we also carry a great Corrector Palate from Colorescience that covers a bruise beautifully until it resolves on its own, usually in a week or so.
