1.)Two copies of the September 2012 and one copy of the October 2012 MUFON UFO JOURNAL will beavailable for your reading as of Saturday, Nov. 10th. Articles highlighted in the Sept, issue include:"Unexplained balls of light baffle Missouri investigators." Could these be the same lights seen recentlyover Bice Road near Spencerville as discussed at our October meeting? -How about glowing orbs oflights seen near Smith Mountain Lake, Va.? It's all in the Sept. issue.

The October issue features "Abduction Gone Awry" about the tale of a Virginia woman. Other articlestell of yet more fireball sightings and the craft that had no wings and was completely silent. All this andmore await you at our UFO Library.

2.)Pres Bob has donated another book to the Library, this one titled "UFOs Generals, Pilots, and

Government Officials go on the Record" by Leslie Kean. I personally have this book in my library andsuggest it for you reading.

The Office/Library is usually open from 11:30 to 1:00 on Tuesdays or by appointment. Call TomBowman at 419-999-4785 if you wish to pick up a book, journal, or video. Rentals are free to paidmembers for a 30 day period and $3.00 for non-paid members. Note this is a slight increase to non-paidmembers to offset our expenses for operation.

    SIGN REPAIRS REQUIRED

    1. A recent wind storm pushed in the west side white panel of the sign and moved it off its track. Chuck

Roby from the church, a retired carpenter who has helped us in the past, was retained to build a woodenframe with two interior verticals to install between the panels and then anchor the panels to the newframe. Chuck picked up the material, paid for the wood and performed the labor to build and install theframe for a total of $20 for material and delivery and $30 labor. This total $50 dollar cost is being sharedhalf and half with the Civil War Club. We are hopeful this will solve the wind problems we haveexperienced.

    2. We are still in need a few more letters for the sign. -notably "M". These need to be 8" in height.

    "GUEST'S REPORT SIGHTINGS"

During the months of September and October guests of the club reported UFO and paranormal sightings at or

near their homes in the Lima area.

In September, Yvonne Crisenbery of Ohio City attended the meeting to show and discuss sightings she has hadfor some time in and outside her home as well at other locations. Photos revealed severe fog both inside her

home and surrounding the home both on the surface and overhead. One photo appeared to contain a ghost like

face in the fog. She explained how things would go almost totally dark inside her home on clear days. She

would also experience seeing strange configurations in the night sky's on various occasions. Yvonne also stated

this fog like occurrence followed her to other Ohio locations. She mentioned sounds like voices that often came

for the ground surface surrounding her home.

She had originally contacted former club president Mike Krick and had revealed to him several photos she had

taken of her experiences. Mike has a video he has put together of her sightings for anyone interested.

At our October meeting both Maxine [Pat] Dawson and her husband Charles attended to tell us of their

sightings the day before Easter this year when returning to their home on Bice Road, west of Lima near

    Spencerville, Ohio.

Maxine explained that on that evening when they were nearing their home they observed a bright light about

one mile away on the road traveling from the southwest to the northeast. The closer it came to their home the

brighter and bigger the light became until it passed over them in front of their home.

Once home and out of the car they were not scared and didn't feel threaten as they watched a series of six or

seven similar objects fly overhead approximately 100 feet above the ground without a sound. She said the ball

shaped objects were a bright orange and red in color, and appeared to be about three quarters the size of a

setting sun. Later she discovered a couple from their church had the same experience. She was surprised that

there were no official reports or news articles about the event.

The objects were last seen about 400 feet away she said, and Maxine is hopeful she will have this experience

again. Maxine has filed a report with LAURA and it will be forwarded to MUFON of Ohio and its director.
