What day were you born?
I was born ON February, *THE* 8th.
I was born ON December, *THE* 17th.

ex: 21st (twenty-first) , 31st (thirty-first)

Tips to understand a text
2) Les mots de liaison: and, but, or, so, because, where, why, what, when, who,
- before//after (avant//après)
- on//under (sur//sous)
- in (dans)
- of (de), from (originaire de)
- in front of (devant)
- next to (à côté), between(entre)
- at (à = là où on est / ex: I'm at school = Je suis à l'école)
- to (à = là où on va / ex: I go to school at 8 = Je vais à l'école à 8h)
The bathroom door handle
Vocabulary
travel: voyage, voyager
want to: vouloir
choose: choisir
tail: queue
ear: oreille
skin: peau
strong: fort
brave: courageux
climb: grimper, escalader
chase away: repousser
wear: porter
