Business issues
• Today there are fewer workers receiving more messages in multiple forms, increasing the chance that vital communications will be missed and decreasing employee morale
• Despite this customers demand an increasingly fast response and failure to meet their expectations will result in lost business
• If customers can’t get the person they first call, they WILL call the competition
• There are more telecommuters and branch offices today requiring the same access to messages in order to work as effectively as theircolleagues
• Employees are demanding more effective tools to deal with this onslaught
• In an increasingly global economy, employees travel more often and over greater distances but still need to be in complete contact with colleagues and clients
