COVID-19 risks rolling back SDG progress
Education lossesAverage days of foregone instruction, Feb–Sep 2020
Labour income losses due to working hour losses in 2020
(excluding income support measures) compared to 2019
SDG Data Availability has improved, yet gaps remain
• More than half of all the SDG indicators have sufficient data for tracking progress in the subregion
• Data gaps remain mainly in environment-related goals (SDG 11,12,13,14)
• Importance to accelerate production of disaggregated data so that vulnerable populations are identified,
and no one is left behind6
