The redevelopment of this historic site became possible through a private-public partnership between Southwest Strategies and City of Austin. The 30-story residential tower showcases a unique balcony design that pays homage to the iconic power plant stacks high above in the Ausin skyline. Performance and Support spaces for St. Andrew’s Upper School (Austin, TX). The extended roof / canopy gesture covering a glazed lobby is presented upon arrival to the school campus. The DELL’s Fine Arts Center has been operating since 2012.
