CIGAR ROLLER
We arrive early to set up a display table with antiques and cigar artifacts. We bring traditional rolling tools, bunches of raw tobacco, stories
and knowledge on the history of cigars, how the cigar is constructed, etc. This is a hugely popular experience and favorite of event planners.
$900 per roller, based on 4 hours. Individual cigar prices not included.

SALSA OR FLAMENCO DANCE DUO INSTRUCTION OR SHOW

FIREWORKS
Toro is in a unique location which allows our guests to enjoy firework shows. Fireworks are set off from the TPC Scottsdale Golf Course
and can be designed to offer a great show at any outdoor location.

RUM PRINCESA Our onsite Rum Specialist blends and selects up to 111 varietals of rum for Toro while charming guests with their extensive knowledge of rum varieties and making recommendations. Our specialist is proficient in the culture and history of rum, and has a deep knowledge of individual brands, tasting notes and expressions. Let our talented rum specialist create a love for this misunderstood spirit within your guests.Add a rum flight to any seated dinner and/or host a rum reception.
WELCOME RUM COCKTAIL Guests are greeted with Toro signature Rum Punch and escorted to the event space. This is the perfect way to welcome your guests and introduce them to Rum. Our daily Rum Punch is a blend of tropical fruit juices and rum selected by the Rum Princesa and garnished with a small fruit skewer. Cocktails are an additional $7++ per person.
RUM FLIGHTS Led by the Rum Princesa, learn where rum is made, what the process is, how it’s regulated and the proper etiquette fordrinking rum. RUM RECEPTION The Rum Princesa will host a rum tasting station at your reception where guests are offered a small .5 ounce tasting. Guests will be led through a regional rum journey while making stops at selected rums based on their tasting feedback and descriptions of likes and dislikes. Rum Tastings are billed on consumption and range in price from $3 to $25++ per .5 ounce tasting pour. Minimum of 20 guests required. Available in El Clazadore Alcove and the Familia Veranda.
RUM COMPETITION EVENT Guests are greeted with Toro signature Rum Punch and escorted to seating in the event space. The Rum Princesa makes introductions, guides guests through a briefing on rum then demonstrates three different types of rum based cocktails. Attendees are challenged on their listening and observation skills and are given all applicable ingredients to create one of the three drinks demonstrated. They are judged on timing, skill level, showmanship, presentation and likeness to the original cocktail. The experience lasts an hour and a half, includes up to two rum cocktails per person and the Rum Princesa’s facilitation. $75++ per person. Minimum of 20 guests required. Available on Toro patio only.
PRINCESA DE FUEGA Led by the Rum Princesa, learn about this traditional TiPunch ceremony. The TiPunch is a traditional cocktail found in Barbados and Martinique. It is generally prepared by the guest themselves, with just the component ingredients placed in front of them. TiPunch is made with Rhum Agricole, a pure sugar cane rum product, lime juice and unrefined sugar syrup. This is a fantastic communal drink with everyone participating in the creation of this rhum-centric ceremony. We deliver our own version of the TiPunch ceremony with the addition of a fire ceremony to cleanse the glass prior to the guests’ preparation of their own cocktail. Bacardi 151 will coat the glass and the Rum Princesa will light each glass on fire, thereby cleansing each glass of evil spirits. The syrup, lime and agricole are combined in a small tumbler glass where they are “muddled” by the guest using a traditional swizzle stick. $18++ per person.

A satellite bar is required for 80 guests or more. A bartender fee of $100 per bar is assessed. Prices do not include state tax (8%) and taxable service charge.
