We are excited to begin your organization’s upgrade to the new Sports Connect platform. During the month of September, we are looking to provide you, your leadership team and primary stakeholders with a high-level demo of the newest version of the platform. We will highlight key features and enhancements, as well as features that address your business rules and specific needs. Our goal is to move as quickly as possible with this upgrade to ensure a smooth and timely transition. Our teams are already collaborating and sharing current business processes, workflows, configurations and other details on how your organization operates.
To support you in the process, we have shared our basic onboarding framework we will utilize as we complete this upgrade, following your demo. Please note your organization’s process may vary slightly based on your needs.

Our process includes a proven onboarding workflow, which includes discovery meetings, a review of your business rules as well as a series of milestones we will work together to achieve. Together, we will track our progress in our onboarding workbook and scope of work that we complete with you. In addition, we have assigned an Onboarding Specialist that will work side-by-side with me throughout this journey. Once your organization is up and running on the new platform, I will remain your main point of contact. I will be in touch shortly to discuss next steps and to schedule your organization’s demo. Once we complete the demo, we will move into the onboarding process with a kick-off meeting with your onboarding team.
