Fundraising ‘Dress Down’ Friday 27th April 2018
Students who wish to participate in the Fundraising ‘Dress Down’ Friday 27th April are asked to pay £1 to
come to school casually dressed. Students who do not wish to participate should come to school wearing
school uniform. Monies collected will be split – Two thirds donated to charity whilst the remaining
one third will go to the School Fund. This is a normal Learning and Teaching day, please
remember to bring your school bag and all equipment eg PE kit.
URGENT NOTICE SCHOOL LOCKERS
For all Senior Students who plan to leave at the end of exam leave, please clear out your locker and return the key to the school office during the week commencing 23/04/18. Please return your key to allow future students to use lockers. If keys are not returned a charge of £5.00 will be issued to parents/carers in order for us to order replacement keys.

Modern Apprenticeships in Business Administration
The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) is recruiting two Modern Apprentices in Business Administration to work at their office complex at Lowden, Shawfair Business Park near Dalkeith.
During the two year training programme, Modern Apprentices will work towards a Higher National Certificate in Business Administration and an SVQ3 in Business and Administration.
Entry requirements
Applicants should preferably have, or expect to gain, Higher/National 5 in English, Business Management or Administration. It’s essential to have, or expect to gain, at least National 4s in these subjects. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also needed.
