1.0 How to Login
Step 1: In the browser, enter this URL in the search bar
(http://sscPRMB.larsentoubro.com)
Step 2: Enter your credentials and click on “Login” button

2.0 Dashboard
Successful login will take you to the DASHBOARD page. This page contains
basic user information and summary of Claims and Domiciliary and
Hospitalization limits.

3.0 Claims Tab: From the claims tab, you can view number of your total claims,
saved claims, submitted claims, claims on hold etc.
You can also view basic information of claims in the claim list and can view full
information of each claim by selecting/clicking a particular claim number from the
list.
3.1 Add New Claim
3.1.1 Add Domiciliary Bill
Step 1: Click on “Add New Claim” button.

Step 3: Choose the person you want to add claim of from the drop-down list

Step 4: Choose type of claim you need for processing. (Domiciliary OR
Hospitalization).

Step 5: To add bill for domiciliary, choose domiciliary and add required details,
such as Nature of Illness and click on “Add Bill” button

Step 6: In the pop-up window, choose bill type from the drop-down menu

3.1.2 Editing, Deleting or Duplicating added claim
Step 1: If you need to edit, delete or copy/duplicate recently added claim details-
Use the icon buttons available under the “Action” header

Step 2: Use the “Pencil” icon to edit claim details, use second “Trash Bin” icon
to delete the added claim and use third “Copy (+)” icon to create a duplicate copy
of the claim.

Step 9: Click on “Submit” button after finalizing all the details

Note: Please note that once you click on “Submit” button, you won’t be able to go
back or make any change in the recently added claim.

3.1.3 Add Hospitalization Bill
Step 1: Click on “+ Add New Claim” button available on the dashboard screen

the drop-down list

3.1.4 Editing, Deleting or Duplicating added claim
Step 1: If you need to edit, delete or copy/duplicate recently added claim details-

3.2 View basic status of claims
View number of total claims, saved claims, submitted claims, claims on hold,
rejected claims and settled claims.
Step 1: From the dashboard, click on “CLAIMS” tab

3.4 View all the detailed information of each claim
Step 1: On the dashboard, choose/click “CLAIMS” tab

3.5 Export all the claims list into excel sheet
Step 1: On the dashboard, choose/click “CLAIMS” tab

Note: After clicking on “Download to Excel”, an excel file will be generated and
downloaded for the selected financial year. You can Save and Open this file to
view claim data

3.6 Download claim form
Step 1: From the dashboard, click on “CLAIMS” tab

NOTE: When you click on “Claim Form Download” button, total 4 files will be generated and
downloaded in PDF format. These files are as follows:
1. Salient features of the Medical Benefit Scheme
2. Domiciliary PRMB claim form for employee age Above 75*
3. Domiciliary PRMB claim form - Insurance for employee age Below 75**
4. Hospitalization PRMB claim form***
3.6.1 Downloaded Claim Form’s Information *Domiciliary PRMB claim form for employee age Above 75- This file contains Domiciliary
Claim for Employees who are above the age of 75 years and have opted to apply for domiciliary
claim offline.
** Domiciliary PRMB claim form - Insurance for employee age Below 75- This file contains
Domiciliary Claim for Employees who are below the age of 75 years and have opted to apply for
domiciliary claim offline.
***Hospitalization PRMB claim form- This file contains Hospitalization form for all age
groups applying for hospital claim offline.

3.7: Print details of a particular claim
Step 1: From the dashboard, click on “CLAIMS” tab

Step 2: To print details of a particular claim, use the scroller to scroll the details to
the right.

Step 3: Click on “Print” button for the selected/required claim.

Step 4: A window with data of the selected claim displayed on your screen. Click
on “Print” button to print claim details

3.8: Selecting number of claims to be displayed OR scrolling to NEXT or
PRIOR page
The default number of claims to be displayed is set as “10”. If you wish to view
more or a smaller number of claims, you can select the “Number of Claims to be
displayed” by selecting the desired number. Alternately, you can scroll to Next or
Prior Pages by clicking on the > or < icons to view the Next or Prior Page
Step 1: Click on “Number of Claims To Display” box at the bottom right side of
the screen

4.0 HOLD CLAIM Tab: You can view all “On Hold” claims in this tab with
specified reasons.

Step 1: On the dashboard, choose/click “Hold Claim” tab

This tab will display a list of Claims on Hold with details such as Claim Number,
Claim Type, Creation Date, Claim Amount and Reasons for Hold

5.0 Eligibility Limits: This tab contains all available limits of Domiciliary,
Additional Domiciliary and Hospitalization.
Amount consumed till date and Locked Limit is also displayed in this tab.

Step 1: On the dashboard, choose/click “ELIGIBILITY LIMITS” tab

Step 3: View a list of benefits and details of benefits:
To view available limit of each benefit, click on “+” icon available against each
particular benefit

Step 4: View available limits, consumed limit and block period of each benefit
After clicking “+” icon, the details within the benefit will be displayed. The detail
view can be minimized by clicking on “-” icon

6.0 PROFILE: In the profile section, you would be able to view all your profile
details. This includes information such as your Name, Address, Contact number,
department details, bank details, dependent details etc.
6.1 View all profile information
Step 1: On the dashboard screen, choose/click “Profile” tab

7.0 DOCUMENT: In the DOCUMENT tab, you can upload the documents that
are required for verification purposes and successful processing of claims
submitted.
7.1 Upload Your Documents
Step 1: On the dashboard screen, choose/click on “DOCUMENT” tab

screen.

Step 3: Choose name of person for whom document/s have to be uploaded (Self/
Dependent/s)
i. To upload your own document, choose “Self Document” from the drop-
down option available on top right side of the screen.
ii. To upload your dependent’s document, select the respective name from
the drop-down list

Step 4: Click on “Choose File” button in the PAN Card box to select and upload
the appropriate image file for PAN Card.

Step 6: Click on “Choose File” button in the Cancelled Cheque box to select and
upload the appropriate image file for Cancelled Cheque.

Step 7: To upload PRMB letter, click on “Browse” button, under Upload PRMB
File, below upload PRMB letter and upload PRMB letter

Step 8: Click on “Browse” button, under Death Certificate to select and upload
death certificate of deceased

Step 9: Other documents are “Optional” OR “As Required” documents. To
upload such documents, click on Browse button to select and upload the respective
files.
After uploading files, click on SUBMIT button to finalize the upload

8.0 USER MANUAL: The User Manual tab contains the User Manual for the
PRMB system. The user manual can be downloaded as a PDF file. The User
Manual can also be played as a video tutorial online. The User Manual contains
instructions related to operation to the PRMB portal covering:
I. Adding a new claim
II. View the status of your existing claims or view details of “On Hold” claims
III. View information of Settled claims
IV. View information of eligibility limits of Domiciliary, Additional
Domiciliary and Hospitalization
V. Instructions on how to upload your documents and dependent’s documents
VI. Viewing your profile and submitting profile change request
VII. Viewing user manual as a Video Tutorial OR downloading the user manual
as a PDF file
8.1 Refer video manual
Step 1: To view the User Manual, select the “USER MANUAL” tab

Step 2: The tab will display the User Manual as a Video Tutorial. Select the
“Play” button to view the Video Tutorial.

ii. Date of Birth
iii. Marital Status
iv. Contact Numbers
v. Contact email address
vi. Date of Retirement

viii. Bank Details
ix. Dependent Details
9.1 How to change profile information and send change request
Step 1: On the dashboard, choose/click “PROFILE CHANGE REQUEST” tab

Step 2: A list of your changeable profile parameters will be displayed on the page.
The current information will be displayed on the left side and change boxes will be
displayed on the right side against each parameter/element. A selection box is
placed against each element which will enable you to select the elements that need
to be changed.
Select the required elements that are to be changed, add the new values/text in the
change box (on the right side) and scroll down to the page end and click on the
“Change Request” button to submit the profile change request.

Step 3: Enter the change information in the respective text/value boxes against
each element that needs change.

Step 4: Scroll to the end of the page and click on “Change Request” button to
submit the change request

10.0 PROFILE SETTINGS: The “Profile Settings” section, enables you to
take the following actions:
• Change password
• Get information
• Contact Us
• Change your profile picture
• Logout from PRMB portal O

Step 1: From the dashboard, click on “Profile” icon available on the top right
corner of the screen

upload a new image from your device.

10.4 Logging out of the PRMB Portal
Step 1: Click the “Logout” option from the drop-down menu.
