Summer sun - another first for
Callum.

Lynne, Isobel and Morgan flew off to
Malaga. The first couple of days were
spent at Darren and Michelles, while
Isobel and Morgan returned home.
Larry and Lynne then went to
Torreblanca, where they were joined
by the girls a few days later for the
remainder of the holiday. As usual
plenty of photographs to follow.

Coventry Transport Museum .......The Holiday Continues!!On Tuesday 16th August Isobel and Morgan joined us at Monte Canada for the remainder of the holiday. Great times in the pool and in the sea, visiting Mijas and Malaga, and plenty of walking as we took in the Castell, Fair and Market in Fuengirola. There was also the memorable ride on the cable car to visit the ‘Valley of Eagles’.
Fun on the Beach!!Beautiful golden sand, and blue skies and sea is what holiday in Spain is all about. The beaches in Torreblanca, Fuengirola and Carva ja l wer e a lways very inviting during our stay.
Coventry Transport Museum .......Up the mountains to MijasOn Friday 19th August we
decided to go exploring - and
caught the bus up the winding
mountain r oad t o Mi jas , a
beautiful white Spanish town
with it’s own ‘Donkey Taxis’ and
lovely little chapel.
B a c k t o E s t e p o n aOn the middle Sunday of the holiday Darren picked us up and took us back to Estepona for the day. Darren and Larry played ‘paddle tennis’, while the kids played around the pool. On the way home we stopped off at the fair in Fuengirola.
Cable car to Eagle ValleyAnother day out - we caught the train
to Benalmedena, and then the cable car
to the mountain top. There we saw the
vultures flying free in eagle Valley,
followed by a demonstration by the
other birds of prey in the bird
sanctuary. Finally we descended
eventually, after a frightening
experience in the cable car!!!
Coventry Transport Museum .......Last Day in MalagaOn the last day of our holiday together we travelled by train to the Andalucian capital Malaga. After walking around the shops, and lunching at MacDonalds we visited the beach and harbour, and while Larry climbed to the summit of the Castle hill, Lynne and the girls did a boat trip around the bay.
