Do you think the same fairy just twinklesits nose and poof government infrastructure projects are spontaneously fundedwith the help of federal and state agencies? No, it doesn't work that way. meet all of the people interested in working within and developing PauldingCounty. However, you all voted to defund needed positions to create a strongholdon Chairman Austin, so he doesn't have time to meet with outside governmentagencies that have been instrumental in helping keep Paulding County movingforward and preparing for the future.> > We have, and I am not making thisup, thousands of children and families living in poverty here in PauldingCounty. Todd, you have four, that's right four, elementary schools in Post 2that are Title I Schools. You have four of the nine county's elementary schoolsutilizing the Title I DOE Federal Funding. Do you even know what that means? Itmeans more than 40% of the children attending those schools live under thepoverty line, and in case you didn't know what that number represents it means afamily of four's annual household income does not exceed $24,250. Now, let thatsink in you RETARD.> > You all have done NOTHING to make this county anystronger since taking office in January. You have only been hell bent on tearingdown what stepping stones we did have to make sure when the county's populationdoes double over the next decade that they will be ruined. You have guaranteedthe citizens of this county they will continue to struggle and will continue topay higher property taxes because you all have made the business environment socaustic no business in its right mind would even look to relocate or start-up inPaulding County.> > Instead of tearing down this county why don't you threeRETARDS get together and figure out how you're going to make Paulding Countybetter by making it more open and inviting to businesses? I know, that's askingtoo much from you all, especially when you're pawns of the City of Atlanta andDelta Air Lines.> > Respectfully,> > Larry Reinhart
