MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL OF RECORD

LARRY R. HANDFIELD, attorney for the Defendant, VELDORA ARTHUR, moves to

withdraw as counsel of record for the Defendant and as grounds therefore states:

1. Undersigned counsel was retained by the defendant, VELDORA ARTHUR in the above

mentioned case.

2. Undersigned counsel effectively represented defendant through her trial.

3. That the defendant, VELDORA ARTHUR is scheduled for sentencing on Friday,

December 16, 2011.

4. That the defendant, VELDORA ARTHUR has retained the legal services of Bruce Lehr

for the purpose of handling her sentencing.

5. The counsel of Record is registering to be withdrawn from the above mentioned case.

WHEREFORE, Counsel of Record LARRY R. HANDFIELD, prays that this Honorable

Court will grant her Motion to Withdraw.
