Dear parents,
Many thanks for the emails I received from you last week. The boys are covering a lot of work and have really impressed me. I was really blown away by the robots they created. Clearly many families worked together which I am delighted about. It was nearly impossible to pick a winner. I have asked for the pictures to be uploaded to the school website. Hopefully this will be possible and you can guess what materials were used for each robot. The winner of the ROBOT Challenge, after much deliberation and consideration is. . . . . OS. . . Your prize will be kept for you. Many emails informed me that the boys really enjoyed the task and therefore there’s a new challenge for this week! See below. Again, I have attached some pages for Irish at the end of the list of this week’s work. The work does NOT have to be printed off. It can be completed in a copy. CJFallon have provided free access for parents. There are short tutorial videos available for most MATHS pages. Click on Parent/Student resources to the right of the homepage, followed by “Interactive” in the Resource box. Thanks again for your correspondence.Yours sincerely, Pádraig Larkin
