Auctioneer’s Note: We are pleased to have the opportunity to do the MacMartin sale. This is a LARGE sale with an incredible variety of antiques and collectibles. It will be a loooong day and we may need to have 2 rings for part of the day. Sale order is that we will begin selling stuff at 9:30 am and start selling more stuff at noon and finish selling even more stuff after that. Seriously, there is such a variety and so much, that it will be mixed in throughout the day. Who knows what may be uncovered as things are prepared for the sale. If you only go to one auction this year, this is the one to go to. Plan on staying all day (I promise we’ll be done by Monday).

16th Street is currently under construction from Boulevard Ave north to nearly Divide Ave. I doubt that it will re-opened by the day of the sale. Please park on Boulevard or adjacent streets. If 16th Street is still closed, do not go around the barricades and park on 16th. Thanks.
