1. To view images and reports at Larchmont, please click on the tab. The main ZFP login page will display.

2. Enter you User ID and Password. Upon first login, the system will prompt for password change.

3. After you are logged into the system you can search for patient several ways: * Patient Name (Last, First)

* Patient ID (Larchmont ID #) * Patient DOB (as well as last name and patient DOB).

4. After entering one of the above click the ‘Search’ tab at the bottom of the screen.

5. Using the mouse, click once on the exam that you would like to view. The system will open the report on the left side and images on the right side (see below): To close the report, click the ‘x’ at the top right corner of the report display window.

Displaying and Printing Reports: The report will automatically display. If the report window disappears during image navigation, click on the report icon at the top of the screen to display the report window again. (see below).

To Print the report, right mouse click inside the report window and select print report. The user can select from their printers that are setup on their computer.

To View images or a report from an older study on the same patient: In the Navigation window on the left side, the system will display a list of other exams on the same patient. Click on the exam that you would like to view images or report. Then click on the report icon to view the report under series. To view an image, click on the image under the series.

To compare two studies:

1. Display the current images to compare in one viewport. 2. Go to the Navigation window on the left and search for the comparison study. 3. Click on the study to display the images under the series. 4. Under the Series, Drag the images to the other viewport to compare. 5. Once both images are displayed side by side, the user can click on the Synchronize icon to link both studies

together.

*Use the wheel mouse to scroll through the images together or the center scroll bar.*

To Remove Annotations or Markings: To remove any yellow graphics/annotations on the images, go to the top of the screen and click on the presentation state icon. Select “Reset Presentation State”.

To Search for another Patient:

The user will remain logged into the system. In the top left hand corner of the screen click the button. This will take you back to the main search page and you can enter a new search. Help Menu In the top right hand corner of the screen, click on the tab. A drop down menu will appear. Within here there is a detailed user manual on using ZFP as well as a quick tip help guide. Click on ‘User Manual’ or ‘Help Guide’ to access these instructions.
