DLWCA 1998 Covenants
As we move into the summer season and spend more time outdoors we would like to
refer you to the DLWCA 1998 Covenants, as registered with Fairfax County and
contained in the DLWCA Directory. Your attention is invited to the followingcovenants:
13. No boats, campers, mobile home, RV or trailers may be parked or
stored on the street.
14. All residents, carports, lots and yards shall be maintained in a neat and
attractive manner so as not to detract from the appearance of the
neighborhood.
Re: No. 13, such vehicles parked on the street, aside from detracting from the
appearance of the neighborhood, are susceptible to damage from accidents and
vandalism. Re: No. 14, the vast majority of residences in DLW are maintained in a
neat and attractive manner which makes those that are not stand out and detract from
the appearance of the neighborhood. If the resident of such a house is unable to
maintain the property, be a good neighbor and offer to refer them to lawn services, tree
services, trash pickup services or whatever service or help they seem to need. We can
all work together to keep DLW the attractive community that it is. It should be noted
that Fairfax County also has regulations that can pertain to the above covenants.
