    With Lantek Flex3D Unfo ld ing , the design of any part in3D is made s imple. Star t ing f rom a so l id base, thedi fferent faces are added to form the complete part .Once the par t has been des igned, the unfo ld ing isimmediate and automat ic.The app l i ca t ion has a power fu l he lp sys tem w i thdetai led explanat ions of each one of the opt ions, sothat the user may reso lve any doubts qu ick ly andsimply.

    Creat ion o f the base face f rom 2D geometryor parameters introduced by the user.

    Parametr isable addi t ion of any type of face tothe base face:

    o Different angle for each one of thefaces.

    configured by the user, in accordance with thickness,radius, and the machine. T h e u n f o l d i n g p r o v i d e d b y L a n t e k F l e x 3 DUnfo ld i ng is total ly conf igurable. There are two output formats:

    o U n f o l d i n g o f g e o m e t r y t o D X Fformat f i le , comple te ly user -conf igurab le f rom theprogram (type of l ine, colour)

    o Direct unfolding to Lantek Exper t sda ta base (MEC) . No need to c rea te in te rmedia tef i les. The system al lows the 2D geometry obta inedto be d i rec t l y t r ans fe r red t o t he CAM cu t t i ng o rpunching system.
