Strategic plan 2013–2017
Lantmäteriet’s business activities are carried out on behalf of the Swedish government and, ultimately, of citizens and corporations. Based on our mission, we have formulated a strategic plan that includes our mission statement, five common strategic goals and our core values base. This strategic plan applies for the whole of Lantmäteriet, and it is the basis for the scorecard objectives that are formulated annually for the different parts of our organisation.
Lantmäteriet’s scorecard objectives have a threeyear perspective. With them, we describe, in concrete terms, our strategic, more longterm objectives. Scorecard objectives can be measured and they are monitored regularly. In connection with the annual business activities planning process we review the strategic objectives to ascertain that they are still relevant.
In this way, we have mapped our activities and determined how they will be steered during the next few years!
