Confidentiality• Maintain confidentially of all information reviewed at LPAC

meeting.• Members sign an Oath of confidentiality at the campus prior

to LPAC Meeting.

Purpose of Meeting • Placement• Must occur before the 20th day of school.

• September 23th 2013

• Convene every grading period to monitor Y1M and Y2M, review accommodations for each student, and place new students.

• Meet in Spring Semester prior to State testing. • STAAR, STAAR L, TELPAS

• End of Year LPAC to determine placement for the following year.

• Parent Denials- no services provided but students still considered LEP and will be monitored and will take TELPAS• Monitor progress for 2 years after re-classification
