Online Donation Process

• Employee Express just went through an upgrade

• Awaiting a new set of charts with instructions on how to make donations through Employee Express which should be available within the next day or so

• Charts will be e-mailed out to all key workers as soon as they are available

• Prior chart set was very user friendly and it is expected the new charts will be as well

• Contact Yvonne Beyer if you have any questions or issues with getting into Employee Express

Undesignated amount: If you only designate a partial amount of your total gift, the balance will be treated as an ''Undesignated Amount''. This balance will be distributed to all of the organizations in the CFC brochure in the same proportion as they receive the designations.

Click ''Yes'' if you wish to have your pledge amount or name released to your designated organizations

Click: “by Address” or “by Email” if you wish to release your contact information to your designated organizations. Click “Yes” if you wish to

receive eligible recognition from your local campaign.

• Employees continue to have the option of completing a paper pledge form, in lieu of completing an electronic pledge form– Cash contributions are to be given by the employee to the

organization’s key worker who turns over to the LaRC CFC Financial Chairperson. The Financial Chairperson is responsible for turning all Center donations to the PCFO

– Payroll deductions, after receipt by the CFC Financial Chairperson, will be sent to the Center Payroll office for entry into the payroll system

• Contractors can participate in CFC by making a one time contribution using the paper pledge form. Contractors cannot contribute through payroll deduction

• All paper pledge cards and cash contributions should be turned into Yvonne Beyer (B2102, Cube 299-9) 17

CFC Pledge Form (Print Clearly)• Cash/checks do not need SNN/Employee ID or Signature. • Make checks payable to “Combined Federal Campaign”.

White Copy – goes inside the green reporting envelop to be delivered to the payroll office

Yellow Copy – goes inside the green reporting envelope to be delivered to the CFC Office
