Capitalizing on the Newest SSL Technology The latest advances in LED technology, or Solid State Lighting, have evolved a once niche, chromatic, inadequate device into, now, a powerful, practical, directional source for effective accent and general illumination. Where once only halogen or fl uorescent lamps could provide the lumen output, color rendering, and effi cacy for certain applications, LEDs are now available with these important attributes, as well as added benefi ts of very long life, low heat generation, and durability never before combined in any other source.

When properly installed and under normal conditions of use, Kim Lighting warrants the LED lighting products (“Product(s)”) sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for metal parts and fi nishes, and, three (3) years for LED Light Engines and LED power components, from the date of sale of such goods to the buyer as specifi ed in Kim Installation Instructionsfor each Product(s). When installed according to Kim Installation Instructions and accepted trade practices, the solid bronze is warranted for 25 years from date of sale, against manufacturing defects and failure due to corrosion1.

1 Kim Lighting’s brass components are constructed from several brass parts that are manufactured by various methods at various times. Since brass naturally deepens in color as it ages through the normal oxidation process, these parts may exhibit subtle differences in coloration when the product is new. This is normal and expected. These color differences will be eliminated shortly after installation through the normal brass oxidation process.
