Landscape and Tree Services Contractors Wanted The City of San Francisco is looking to grow our urban forest.
Increasing the number of street trees will require companies that know how to select appropriate tree stock, prepare tree basins, and conduct the initial maintenance required to establish street trees in an urban environment.
Do you have a C-27 Landscape or D-49 Tree Service License?

First, download the Request for Qualifications materials from www.sfpublicworks.org/biddocs.
1. MAN-M19 Tree Planting and Watering Contract - SFGOV-0000002835
Second, become a qualified City vendor. You will need:
Current California Department of Industrial Relations registration
A current San Francisco Vendor Number
A San Francisco Business Tax certificate number
Be compliant with the City’s 12B Equal Benefits Ordinance
And, if you are a small San Francisco based business, a Local Business Enterprise certification
Third, to receive a master agreement, you will need to
Be able to provide Payment and Performance bonds before starting work
Have proof of insurance
Pay prevailing wage
Provide other items as required in the RFQ
Look over the RFQ packet. If you need help complying with any of the City business requirements, let
