There are many different types of landforms.

often with a river or stream flowing

IslandA landform with water all

around it.

PeninsulaA landform that

has water on only three sides

Bodies of Water

OceanA very large body of salty water

RiverA stream of water that flows across the land

LakeA body of water that has land all around it

GulfA large body of ocean water that is partly

surrounded by land
